Thanks for a great stay! Everything was exactly as described – the place was super clean and very well equipped, nothing was really missing. We felt at home from the first moment. The air conditioning was particularly pleasant on the hot days. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were received in a very friendly manner and guided through the house. During the tour, we noticed how well the house is equipped with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, WiFi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. For 8, we had more than enough space. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We (me and my daughter) only used the accommodation briefly. Had absolutely nothing to complain about. The communication was great, the area was very quiet despite the proximity to the highway. Clear recommendation!

The apartment is very conveniently located in the best area of Bochum, near to both the station and the central area as well as the pretty neighbourhood around the Schauspielhaus (theatre). and yet it's very quiet. Stayed there with a toddler, the place has got everything you may need for a family stay. I highly recommend it

Mandy was the best host a traveller could ask for. She was incredibly patient with all of my requests and went out of her way to provide something extra that i needed during my stay. She gave me extra tips for the area and transportation that were valuable. It could get a bit noisy because of the central location, but still this location made my life in Bochum a lot easier. Definitely recommend with both hands.

We spent a long weekend in Nadja's apartment and were really thrilled. The apartment was super clean and quiet and we felt very comfortable! The location is great between nature and city and ideal as a starting point for excursions throughout the Ruhr area.

Had a wonderful stay, with enormous flexibility from Kathi and Marcel. Our car had broken down, so we had to wait for a repair. Fortunately, we were allowed to check out an hour later. The accommodation has a good location close to the tram stops or bus stops. Furthermore, it was very clean and equipped with every comfort! We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
