We had a wonderful time in Klaus' colorful house! The rooms are not only stylish and high-quality, but above all a real highlight thanks to the inspiring art by Klaus himself. Every day, its creative atmosphere brought a smile to our faces – so much color, so much heart! The house offers everything you need: a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful terrace that invites you to linger. The surrounding area is also fantastically beautiful – perfect for relaxing, walking and exploring. And even a detour to Holland is just a stone's throw away. We will definitely be back – thank you, Klaus, for this special experience! 😊

We immediately felt at home in this great accommodation! Mia made it easy for us with her hospitality to feel really comfortable right away. The accommodation is a gem, the garden a dream! For us as a family with a small child (4 years), a perfect place to relax, start excursions and just breathe! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner!

Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

Right at the beginning, we were personally welcomed and received a detailed tour of the property. Everything was clean, neat and as described. A clear recommendation for everyone! Glad to come back.

Frank and Kerstin's apartment was beautiful! It was lovingly furnished with lots of little details. There was everything you needed. The terrace was a small highlight, you had it all to yourself and the small flower bed was relaxing for the eyes. The location was also great! A few minutes' walk to the lake, you could take a wonderful walk there. And if you wanted to go to the old town of Xanten, a bus drove almost right outside the front door and only took about 5 minutes. All in all, a wonderful break we had there! Highly recommend. :)

All as described. Friendly and helpful 'hostel parents'. Short distances to the 'World Heritage Site of 'Zollverein'. Good access to public transport. Shopping nearby. I'd love to come back.

the house is very comfortable for two persons and the location is amazing. supermarket near the house, 10 minutes to the central station and the owners are very friendly!

If you love peace and greenery, this is a beautiful place. It is nestled among the woods and fields, and the farm itself is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Me and my dog felt welcome and free. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

Marta is an amazing host. She is kind, responsive and caring. This is a wonderful place with great accommodations. Unique place to stay from the first time I got out of the car. Lots of trees, greenery, house entrance with open swing doors, lots of paintings, smelling flowers and cozy furnished rooms with everything needed. Wau

We loved our stay at Bella's apartment. The host was always ready to answer any and all questions we might have, and didn't hesitate to swing by to drop off supplies, if we needed anything. We already made plans to go there for our vacation next year! We would definitely recommend this apartement. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pans to plates... the ONLY thing missing was a pair of scissors ✂️ 😆 But nothing we couldn't do without. Thanks for having us! 🍄🪙🕹️
