The location was perfect super close to the beach. The unit was clean and everything we expected.

Gwen’s place was the best airbnb we have ever stayed at! It felt homey and she provided everything we could have imagined. She was very proactive and responsive and all around helpful. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit St. Pete! I wish I could give 6 stars!!!

we absolutely love staying at Aaron’s !! This was our first time in the upstairs unit, it was so spacious and clean . we really loved all the windows !!! It is walking distances to all the things you need the beach , Lisa’s brunch , John pass shops and restaurants , and 7 eleven !!! As always we will be back

Found this little gem when scouting spots to stay the night after attending the PRide Stonewall Reception. Marilyn's place was convenient and priced well, so I could enjoy the night and not have to drive or Uber back to Tampa. Saving it for future use when staying in St Pete. The Blend Coffee, next door, is one of my local favorites, so that worked out super conveniently. Would certainly recommend staying.

The location was perfect for being able to go eat, shop and go to the beach. We didn’t rent a car and other than getting there and back we never had to uber anywhere. There’s so much available practically right next door. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be close to all the action at Johns pass.

The place is perfect for a short or long stay. The house has all the amenities you will need. The pool was amazing. Everything was clean and spotless. Short ride to the beach and a short ride to downtown. I hope we can go back again!

Loved this location! Greg was very kind and responsive! This Airbnb's location is 5 minutes away from downtown, 15 minutes away from St.Pete beach! This location has such a homey feel to the space the bed was so comfortable, and the living room bed was also excellent. The kitchen was cute and spacious perfect for 4 people to share! Will 100% be coming back to Greg’s location!!

Enjoyed our stay with our family. Kids and other guests loved the pool and outdoor activities. Hosts were extremely prompt whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future!

I was very pleasantly surprised how cozy and homey the place was. Better than the pictures. My dogs were delighted too. The place is very private and it is at an amazing location - close to beaches, restaurants and everything you might need. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I had to bother them on a few occasions asking for suggestions, but they didn’t mind. The place is very clean and extremely well supplied with everything. Thank you Dmitry and Lucy! We had a lovely stay at the Gecko House, Unit 1. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to have the park right across the street for walking the dog. The walk downtown was just perfect. Robert made everything easy! Thanks so much.

Perfect location, 4 minutes walk to beach. Nice, clean and worn swimming pool. Quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable. All needed for beach life. Fully equipped convenient kitchen.

Perfect little one bedroom with a large balcony over the pool and one of the best locations and views in the city. The additional deck was very nice. James was very responsive and accommodating especially since we have a small dog and were able to check in early. Very appreciative!

Albert’s home was so beautiful and welcoming! It was not far from most things which was nice! The beaches and restaurants were only about 20/30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend! When we stayed in to cook he had everything we needed, and provided us with plenty of linens. He also was a text or call away when we needed anything! Would definitely stay again!!
