Monthly Rentals in Boaz

We stay with Kim at least twice a year and have for the past 3-4 years. There is no better situation in Paducah. She is so friendly and guest oriented. The unit is immaculate with tremendous amenities/appliances. When we are on the road we feel so good knowing that a night at Kim's cottage is ahead of us!!

Very comfortable and clean. Coffee on their from porch was relaxing. Only reason we didn’t linger is because we had a lot of driving to do. Although we didn’t meet in person Bradley and Susan (and their kitty) were excellent hosts.

This place is just the right size for us. Miss Risa, David and Joya were wonderful hosts! They were always quick to answer any questions and are so friendly and helpful! Tater, Hobbes and I had a very nice stay and will definitely come back if we're in the area and she'll have us😊

We were in Mayfield for a funeral. Emily's place could not have been in a more convenient location. Easy to find and close to everything. Check in and check out were super simple. The house was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Emily was a great host.
