Delightful place - comfortable & attractive, with great view of Dorset Gardens across the street. The flat is very well supplied & host was very responsive. The air conditioning was very welcome on warm days. The location is unbeatable: quiet, beautiful views, but very close to Marylebone Station, Baker Street Station, and all the restaurants on Baker Street. It’s also not far from Marylebone High Street, Regents Park, and the Regents Canal. In addition to Tube & train options, the neighborhood has many bus lines. Highly recommended!

James’ flat is modern, very clean, comfortable for a couple (assuming you are OK sleeping in a double size bed as opposed to a queen or king size), and in a good neighborhood — a quick walk to two different Underground lines, fun restaurants and pubs, and also only a few blocks from beautiful Regent’s Park. James was super responsive throughout booking and during our stay. We appreciated his friendliness and good communication. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and apartment was very good and well furnished. Plenty of places for food nearby and the tube stop was very close as was the wonderful park. The kitchen was very nice. The only issue was some difficulty with the thermostat working for heat but in our stay the weather was wonderful so it proved not to be a significant matter to need heat. I would stay there again.

Ricardo and his partner are excellent hosts. Despite some confusion and unpleasant situations in the city, completely out of their hands, they were kind enough to help resolve and make stressful moments more enjoyable. They were flexible and understanding. We're very grateful to them
