Very nice apartment in a residence with pool. All the comforts expected. Fan in every bedroom. Very clean. Professional welcome. We couldn't have found a better place with kids.

Close to the main town and beaches, also they provide a mobile Wi-Fi device.

clean and basic apartment close to beach, water sport facilities, shops and bars - everything within a few minutes walking distance. check-in was easy, timely and personal. i was let into the apartment several hours earlier as an early check in - special thanks to Rosy for that. Only but minor problem: mosquitos. After a few nights learning it the hard way i suggest the following algorithm for every nights sleep: - open all doors and windows in the late afternoon and let the wind blow through apartment - clean the mosquito net - use the broom to get the mosquitos off the ceiling and swipe them out of the bedroom - place the mosquito net in position to cover the whole bed - close all bedroom doors, windows and also the shutters and leave them until bedtime Good night, and have a great stay - Henrik/Hamburg

Staying with Dina on Boa Vista, CV was great. Sonia gave us a friendly welcome and both were always easily accessible for us. The apartment is perfectly located on Praia Cabral. It was the most beautiful corner for us, not too close to the hustle and yet everything within walking distance. There is a great cafe / restaurant in the corner - Café Alma Criola. Would come back anytime and recommend it.

I highly recommend this place. Very well equipped and modern. The location means that you can do a lot directly on foot and really discover the city center. Very nice view of the sea. Matthew was very responsive as soon as I had any questions. Neusa, the lady who takes care of handing us the keys, is adorable and very helpful!

We had one of the most beautiful experiences ever in your home, which is decorated and built with so much love and with the most modern technologies. The house is about five minutes from the beach, where there are many different beach clubs, and it is also very close to the center. This makes the stay truly privileged and exclusive, because you can choose where to go and how to spend your time every day. Francesca was an exceptional host. He organized tours, restaurants (all very close) and even transportation. In short, from A to Z, everything was perfectly managed by her. This allows you to relax completely and not think about anything. She was so kind that, even when we got a little sick, she helped us with herbal teas and was always available and generous. She responded immediately to any doubts, and it was really wonderful. Thank you ♥️

Milans place is almost beachfront, just walk 1 minute over and you can dive in at a beautiful miles long sandy beach. The apartment is bright and well equipped. Milan is a super nice fellow, lives next door and helped us out always with a smile if there was a need. No supermarket located close but it is easy to arrange to get to town Sal Rei. So you get awesome peace and tranquillity at Praia de Chaves. A nice restaurant is close. Wifi is good in the apartment. We could relax while we were there. And nice are living people around. We were pleasantly surprised, the house is much prettier than the photos which are out of date. The kitchen is more modern and the decor is super pretty. The bed is comfortable and you can see the sea from the bed. The garden is beautiful with the sea at the end. The owner Emanuela is very available and welcoming and in addition she offers relaxing massages. The village is a 20-minute walk away. There is a very good restaurant, several shops, artisans and a money point. There is a larger city a 10-minute drive away, easily accessible by bus for 2 euros. The taxi costs 9 euros for the trip even if there are several of you. I would highly recommend it.

I was extremely well received by the host. The apartment is well located, clean, very nice, and quite matches the listing.

Very short stay of 2 days instead of 3, but no complaints about the apartment. It is functional, well equipped, and well located. I got lost on the 1st day but Monica picked me up from a specific point. I would recommend it and hope to stay there with more time next time.

It was a great experience, I left my heart in that land, fantastic people Monica and Nicola are very nice people, and to think that I was very skeptical of making online bookings from private people, but I think and I'm sure I'll always do this I've learned so much from this experience, and I recommend everyone to have the same satisfaction as I did. we would almost want to keep the address secret 😆 great location right away close to the beach. we enjoyed the terrace and the quietness of the residence. we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Paola but we were able to talk very easily in one word: Perfect! Thanks again Paola

Monica is an excellent and knowledgeable host. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. The accommodation is large clean and as described. some may say it is basic, but everything you need is there and at the price we paid it is a bargain.
