We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Within walking distance you are at the beach and directly at a windsurfing station with nice beach bar. In the city you can also walk quickly. The apartment is quiet and overlooking the sea. In the apartment you have everything you need. Simply highly recommended!

Accommodation 100 m from the sea which allowed us to see all the sunsets during our stay. Downtown nearby with many restaurants. Communication with Rosy the co-host was perfect, she is always available and responsive. Airport transportation possible to arrange with her. I would 100% recommend this listing.

Well laid out two bedroom apartment, having a pleasant ambiance. Anildo was very helpful, organising a hire car to explore the island, although in hindsight taking a guided tour is probably better as the road to the north of the island is cobbled and very empty if anything goes wrong. Please note Cape Verde is an African country, Sal Rei, the capital of Boa Vista reflects this.

We felt very comfortable in Ayana & Cris' apartment. Eka took very good care of us and was always available when we had questions. The apartment is wonderfully located: Praya do Estoril is right on the doorstep and all restaurants, shops etc. are within walking distance. The apartment on the ground floor has a tiny disadvantage: Since you always have the windows open, you can hear everything pretty well in this apartment... not for people who wake up quickly because of noises. Still a great apartment!

Our favorite by far of four apartments used during three weeks on two islands (Sal and Boa Vista). We felt at home right away and stayed six nights. We could have happily spent the whole three weeks there. It was spacious, with two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with some basics like salt, pepper and coffee and a homey living room. The giant veranda had a dream view of the beach, ocean and dazzling sunsets, plus a sitting group with a couch and two chairs and a picnic table with four chairs. Perfect location on the beach while just a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. We were amazed that it could stay so cool without air-conditioning, a triumph of design and construction. All this was topped off by our very helpful host Eka and her friendly, tail-wagging co-host, Nike the dog. Highly recommended and our first choice for next time.

The accomodation was very nice. The apartment was super clean and the view is amazing. Even saw a whale while sitting in the balcony :) Also I felt welcomed very much by Rossella. Thank you for hosting me!

Dear Francesca, thank you so much. Our stay at your place was sensational. We had one of the most beautiful experiences ever in your home, which is decorated and built with so much love and with the most modern technologies. The house is about five minutes from the beach, where there are many different beach clubs, and it is also very close to the center. This makes the stay truly privileged and exclusive, because you can choose where to go and how to spend your time every day. Francesca was an exceptional host. He organized tours, restaurants (all very close) and even transportation. In short, from A to Z, everything was perfectly managed by her. This allows you to relax completely and not think about anything. She was so kind that, even when we got a little sick, she helped us with herbal teas and was always available and generous. She responded immediately to any doubts, and it was really wonderful. Thank you ♥️

Matt was waiting at the main entrance when I arrived and gave me some helpful information about the local area before showing me around the apartment. Really enjoyed my stay, quiet location by Cabral beach with a little balcony to relax on. I didn't go in the pool, but it was nice to chill out on a lounger for a bit. A few shops, cafes and bars nearby, but only a 15 minute walk to the main part of town and I took taxi back in the evening for €3. The apartment had most of the things you would need for a short stay including towels, washing up liquid and hand soap, however, you will need to pack your own cleaning cloths and bring some tea/coffee etc if required. Couldn't connect to the Netflix but it wasn't really needed during my stay when there was so much to see elsewhere! Good WiFi, a hot shower and a comfy bed. Matt was a great host and organised my taxi to and from the airport (I was also able to contact the driver directly when needed). I'd definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed with Francesca for 4 nights and it was a dream - the complex is beautiful, tasteful and well maintained. Francesca is loving and energetic and was the perfect host. She organized us a tour, transfers and restaurant visits to her favorite restaurants, making our vacation something very special. The beach with various beach bars is a few minutes away on foot, and you can also reach the city in ~10 minutes. Francesca has created a beautiful oasis on this great island and I would recommend anyone to stay here. Grazie per tutto, Francesca!

The apartment is in a great location close to the port, auction, restaurants and shops. It matches the photos and the terrace is nice. The kitchen and bathroom are functional. The pluses of this listing: Wifi and transfer are included. You will spend a stay in the heart of local life and locals. There are dogs and a rooster that can wake you up but these are elements that liven up Green Cape life! We were warmly welcomed by Michaela who gave us all the tips for our stay and helped make it most enjoyable. The communication was easy because Michaela speaks perfect French, English, Italian, and Portuguese. We highly recommend this listing that won't accommodate you unlike others😁.

I was super happy with my stay with Franca. The appartment is great located next to the sea and town. Appartment is very cute and clean like in the pictures and has all necessities provided. Francas drivers had picked me up on arrival what i found also welcoming. When I had asked Franca for new sheets and blanket she brought me straight the next day. Also my internet inquirement, because of my remote work was also by Franca solved. I am very content i had chosen Franca to stay in this beautiful island and can only recommend her 100% also her tours are amazing. Thanks again for everything!

Communication with Monica was excellent! She replies immediately, gave a lot of suggestions and was extremely helpful! We had to extend our stay 2 days, as the airport got closed due to a sandstorm. Monica was super! She helped us promptly in getting a new apartment where we could stay even without knowing for how long. Both apartments were sparkling clean and we where happy to stay with her. Thanks a lot!!

We were really happy with our stay. The island is great for getting a more natural and less touristy experience. And this apartment is very well located between the city and the nature so it's a short walk to town, to the beach and to the nearby countryside. The apartment is very nice and the surrounding restaurants are absolutely great. It's also good to be living literally on top of the local store so getting quick snacks and drinks is super convenient. Our host was very friendly and professional. There was transport from and to the airport and she also helped us with finding things to do on the island.

We were pleasantly surprised, the house is much prettier than the photos which are out of date. The kitchen is more modern and the decor is super pretty. The bed is comfortable and you can see the sea from the bed. The garden is beautiful with the sea at the end. The owner Emanuela is very available and welcoming and in addition she offers relaxing massages. The village is a 20-minute walk away. There is a very good restaurant, several shops, artisans and a money point. There is a larger city a 10-minute drive away, easily accessible by bus for 2 euros. The taxi costs 9 euros for the trip even if there are several of you. I would highly recommend it.
