Wonderful house, cozy, clean, impeccable hosting, Dona Socorro and Mr. Mario is super welcoming, attentive, concerned with us until the moment we returned and arrived in our city! Close to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, fairs, malls and beaches. We were received with great affection and pampering! Super recommend it.

I was very pleased, a super cozy apartment, very organized and clean. Tiago was very attentive from the time of booking, and also in person when we met him. About the condominium's restaurant, the breakfast and lunch are also very good. The mini market is a great complement for when we forget those utilitarian items. It sure would go more often!

I will try to summarize in a few words because Silvia's service was the best I've ever had by Airbnb, I highly recommend the property because it's all exactly like in the pictures and we were surprised by the beauty and warmth of the place! Air Conditioning well, all the utensils necessary for a long stay, such as full kitchen, toys for children to play in the sand, games for adults and young people crowning with a great location of the property!

Excellent apartment and Ana is extremely quick to solve problems. I would only have two suggestions: Have a wardrobe (the apartment has a coat rack), because it helps a lot for those who will stay a long time. And also a fan, for the living room. Since the room has no air conditioning, sometimes it gets hot and a fan would help a lot

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and with a great location. Close to the airport and two blocks from Boa Viagem beach. The service was very smooth, we were very well taken care of and we didn't miss anything.

Beautiful apartment, exactly like in the pictures. It was great to spend the weekend there. Voltaria more often for sure. Elvira was also great, always answering questions in a short time.

Hosting was great. Cintia is very friendly and helpful. Cozy apartment, building with swimming pool, fitness center, grocery store and a restaurant on the ground floor. All 2 blocks from the Ground Zero landmark in Recife.

The stay was very quiet. Complete and comfortable apartment. I thought it was perfect for 1 or even 2 people. Everything is fine. It was great. Well-located building, easy to get an Uber, close to the airport and there is also a grocery store in the garage that makes life much easier. I only missed a hair dryer (we got heavy rain on Saturday night and then there was no way to dry my hair). The wardrobe door needs maintenance, but nothing that would disrupt the stay (I spoke to the host and she said it was about to be fixed).

Very good accommodation, very responsive host. The location is close to medical centers and bakeries and seems like a walkable location. I thought it was excellent.

The unit had very friendly local team that helped us with house chores. The unit has most of the appliances required to cook and do the dishes, as well as wash your clothes. A good amount of linen, towels, silver and dinnerware is available, so you can enjoy your day without concerns for additional tools or purchases. The location is amazing, close to one of the main Shopping Centers in Recife, and on top of Boa Viagem beach. Additionally, it is close to the airport and main roads, allowing for easy mobility. Two points caught my attention: the lack of a microwave oven, which can be a dealbreaker for younger generations and limit quick meal options; and the possibility to easily accommodate more guests, while limited to six people. The unit is huge, with a massive living room, and all three rooms have space to spare. There are additional accommodations which could be used, if the host desired to offer them. Anyone interested in renting this unit is in for a treat.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself — you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Close by, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
