With a view of the river and direct river access, you can enjoy river activities and fishing right from the property. Other activities around include hiking to waterfalls and being in nature. The interior has been updated but still has a vintage feel. So come enjoy a beautiful view, and restful time, or have amazing outdoor adventures. Wifi and streaming are available on a 65-inch smart TV!

The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.
