Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

Amy was fantastic from start to finish. The house has four good bedrooms. The bottom floor is very private. Great kitchen and we loved the fact there were cooking basics like olive oil, spices, etc all there.

We had a great stay! The house was pristine and the kitchen was very well stocked. The cottage was very close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away for a beach vacation!

Staying at Fabiola's was a dream. This place is very homey and welcoming. We had a lovely stay for Christmas with family, walking to the beach in the morning and cozying up around the fire in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Would love to stay again.

Jim’s place was an absolute gem for my inaugural trip to Black Rock! The Loft is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous cleanliness, attention to detail, and beautiful furnishings. Jim's communication was top-notch, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the extensive music collection, perfect for setting the mood during my downtime. The bed and furniture provided a level of comfort that made it hard to leave. Nestled on a serene, tree-lined street, the location couldn’t be better; it’s just a leisurely stroll away from delightful restaurants, charming shops, food markets, and more. I can’t wait to return for another stay whenever I’m in the area!

Rich’s place was perfect for our long weekend visit. It has lots of space, all the amenities we needed, plus was cozy and quiet. We were comfortable and Rich was flexible and easy to communicate with. We’re happy we found his place.

We recently stayed at David's property, enchanted by the ocean view through the lush trees. The clean private balcony presented a captivating panorama. Inside, the accommodation was comfortable with a spotless bathroom and room. Although there was an older wardrobe, the home was well-appointed with super-fast WiFi over 100mbps, Netflix, YouTube, AC, ceiling fans, and a kitchen equipped with essential appliances and utensils. David's place also offered a private entrance, parking, self-check-in with a unique code, and an outdoor dining table, contributing to a secure and convenient stay. The quiet neighborhood, just 30 seconds from beach stairs, created a serene ambiance. The 5 mph property speed limit ensures safety for children. In summary, David's ocean-view property offered a tranquil retreat with modern comforts and an attentive host. Ideal for those seeking peaceful surroundings and convenience, we highly recommend David's place for an unforgettable experience.

Needed a place to stay for a few days that was pet friendly. This was perfect. Jennifer is a gracious host and was always quick to respond to my questions and the cottage is very comfortable. Both my dog and I felt right at home

In the area for a medical appointment, I had a very restful stay in Nancy's cottage. Besides the comfortable sofa and bed, there were many extras in the kitchen, like an egg cooker, Keurig coffeemaker, and even a few staples like eggs and butter in the refrigerator. Outside the kitchen was an intimate backyard with a little table, perfect for a contemplative cup of coffee in the morning. Although I couldn't take advantage of it, there was even a guest pass for a private beach. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear, and Carol was very responsive in answering the couple of questions I had. I highly recommend the cottage!

A truly stunning architectural gem, like a mid-century modern treehouse floating above a pond. Comfortable bed, convenient layout, private and secluded, but close to so much. Do note: requires some steps that might be slippery when wet — but well worth it. Also: pay close attention to the directions, don't just trust the gps.

We spent a lovely weekend in this cottage. My boyfriend and I went with our three little dogs, and they enjoyed the backyard so much! Hiking and walking on the beach were super fun too. The cottage is just perfect. It has a nice layout, everything you need, and it is super clean. Rob stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was ok. He was super accommodating. We will definitely come back!
