It was the perfect place for our family, cozy, very peaceful, the details make it beautiful, the view is very nice. Close to restaurants and popular attractions. The host's attention was incredible, she answered immediately although we didn't have to bother her much since everything was perfect. It's a place we want to return to.

We spent Christmas at Dallas and Courtney's home (5 nights) and what more can I say then that it felt like home, away from home! The whole place was cozy and I loved the great festive touches they put up for us like the Xmas tree, mistletoe, many dec items, and even Xmas lights outside of the house! Courtney was very responsive with any questions /concerns I had which were directed more about our dogs possibly breaking a string of lights outside (we didn't see them so we didn't know if it was the wind cause there was some windy days, or if the dogs accidentally tripped on it). In any case, she was gracious enough to say it was fine and that they were getting new ones! By the end of our stay, I felt like the Stoddards were friends of ours! It was an easy 5min drive to the grocery stores & restaurants. PF/Dolly was a fast maybe 25-30 min drive? The bonus was the firepit (we watched the sunrise and made smores) and the gaming system! We definitely plan to come back! Thank you so much!

Absolutely amazing house in a perfect location! The dock had stunning views and was perfect for parking our boat and relaxing. Although we had a minor issue, it didn’t affect our experience as the host was super responsive and had it resolved quickly. Highly recommend staying here and we’d love to come back!

We loved staying here! The place was very clean and well-appointed. It met all of our needs and was very comfortable. The location was great for us as we were in town for an event at Maryville College with our daughter. It was close enough to the College but in a very quiet, serene setting. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The house was a perfect size for our girls trip. We felt cozy but had plenty of room to lounge inside, on the screened in porch and beside Little River. I would absolutely stay here again. Rebecca was a lovely host and the house had all the amenities we needed.

The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was ideal too—quiet and tucked away, yet just a short drive to restaurants, and the Smoky Mountains. This cabin was great. The river was the draw for us and the rest was just perfect for the 2 of us. The bathroom is very spacious and the rest of the place has everything you need. We can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful cabin decorated very nice. I wondered if she was an interior designer. Responded quickly when I had questions. I recommend this place to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation.
