Excellent stay for the price. Lovely spot right on the river that was so peaceful I fell asleep in one of the adironack chairs for over an hour without even meaning to. Accomodation was more than adequate; very comfortable bed. Would be a great HQ for a Smoky Mountain adventure.

Easy peasy check in. Apt had all we needed for a three day stay. Bed was super comfy, sheets sooo soft, and a bathroom that appeared to have been newly renovated! Deli and pub downstairs had good food and generous potions. We were there for the Smoky Mtn Highland Games and had a 5 minute or less drive to the venue. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

So excited to see the mountains every morning. This is why we came to the area in the first place! Great decor and amount of space for two of us. Comfy bed and cute outdoor space we actually made time to use. If you want a place to decompress this is it! Plus Annie is super cute.

I am on a work contract here , so this location was a easy drive to work. Hosts were very nice . Rental looks just like pics. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great place in the center of town and easy access to the college and elsewhere nearby. Made our weekend trip even that more enjoyable.

Amazing stay! This is one of the most enjoyable Airbnb experiences we have had. Felt like home for our family and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The hosts were very accommodating, the space was spotlessly clean and the location is excellent if you are looking to spend time in East Tennessee. They even left a book with some good personal recommendations of places to visit in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here and when we return to the area we will be booking again!

Christine and Alf are the best hosts. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. We stayed in various units over the last 5 months. They were all well appointed and all had an updated fun city loft feel to them. We have ada needs and they made sure everything was accessible for us and even added more handrails and swapped out a bed to make it more accessible and comfortable. They are the best! I love the trail access to the city greenway park and a coffee shop is only a short walk away. Thank you for everything! We will recommend all our family & frineds to your beautiful property.

Excellent communication with host. Host was wonderful! The place has been recently remodeled inside and is very nice. Convenient to get to and from in relation to where I’m working. Washer and dryer is nice to have as well.

Whether I was starting my day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the river or winding down after a walk sitting riverside, every moment felt relaxed and personal. Location truly mattered for our overall experience. Nestled alongside the river, the property is within easy reach of popular hiking trails, unique local dining spots like the Dancing Bear Bistro and The Abbey. Everything was just perfect!
