We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The space is bright, open, and tastefully decorated, with stunning views that made our time there feel extra special. We especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area – a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The apartment felt spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent – very convenient and, importantly, we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The heater provided was much appreciated, especially on cooler evenings, and the complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch. While the kitchen area was a bit small and lacked a sink, we were still able to prepare simple meals. The washer and dryer, although located in the garage rather than inside the apartment, were made available to us and were a helpful addition. Phillip was a fantastic host – always responsive and helpful, no matter the time of day. Overall, a great place to stay – highly recommended!

Helen was welcoming and made herself available should I require anything further. I felt safe at her home and everything offered was available. I will certainly try to stay there again and will recommend her to my friends.

Bob has stayed in various locations and his feedback regarding Newlands Studio was that it was amazing. From check in, he was made to feel comfortable and that he was welcome. From the host making sure someone greeted him, to making the additional effort to personally meeting Bob. He was very happy with the accommodation itself, as it was clean, organised and had a wonderful feeling to it. Sally and her husband were amazing hosts.

I was looking for a space where I could truly relax, feel inspired, and safe—and this place delivered on every level. From peaceful sunset walks to the beach, to indulging in what I can honestly say is the best pizza and pasta I’ve ever had from the local gem, Forneria Italia—everything was just perfect. The high-speed internet was flawless, making work and streaming effortless. The Smart TV came with Netflix already set up and covered by the host, which was such a thoughtful touch. The finishes throughout the place were top-tier, and the rain shower with high pressure was a personal favorite—an absolute dream after a long day. This stay was everything I needed and more. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay here, had everything we needed, modern and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nothing was too much trouble even when our flights were delayed! Will definitely be back.

Lovely place to relax. Graeme the host is proactive before arrival which helps organise the check in process and was always very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property is very well kept and the garden and pool are a nice and private place to relax. Would recommend to anyone staying in Cape Town! Thanks Graeme- hopefully we get the opportunity to stay again!

This is an ideal place to stay for anyone wanting to explore the Constantia area and its surroundings. It's on a beautiful, quiet street in an excellent suburb, with a lovely wine estate you are able to access to walk just a few minutes away. The rooms are lovely, clean, thoughtful and functional, and we particularly enjoyed having the Africa suite with its access to the garden on the one side (useful for our young son). Lee-Anne herself was also incredibly helpful and friendly. So for anyone wanting a top-notch base and comfortable sleeping place to explore the area and all it's wonderful restaurants and cafes, good golf courses, walks and hikes or to head down a quick 20 min to Muizenberg (check out St James tidal pool), this is a great place for a very good value.

The address is a promise. Sunset Ave. The studio is floating above the seas between skies and waters. The garden is the endless ocean that touches the shores of Antarctica far away. A daily show of sun and clouds and waves. The day appears from behind the mountains, the night arises right in front. In a safe distance from the city noise you just hear the swell and the wind. A terrific beach literally lies at your feet. The studio is nicely equipped. A big bed with a big panorama window to watch the spectacles of nature and a big screen for the spectacles on Netflix. A desk with a view to work, a corner to cook, a bathroom to recreate, a balcony to sit outside catching some tan and for sundowners. Big coffee machine, big cabinet, Romy the owner and Wendy her right hand are great, super friendly and super easy. Everything worked nicely. I’ll remember my stay with great pleasure perhaps until I can return to refresh the good times there.

We stayed here from 31 May to 9 June for our wedding anniversary and my husband's birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. The view of the mountains and sunset was breathtaking, and the garden view added a peaceful touch. The jacuzzi was a great bonus. Although the place was smaller than I expected, it was cozy, cute, and perfect for us. We loved the wireless chargers on both sides of the bed, soft linen and towels, and the little bistro table outside. It was such a thoughtful touch to have the heater and electric blanket on before our arrival—the room was warm and welcoming. The fresh fruit and drinks in the fridge were appreciated, especially having something cold to drink and milk for coffee. The kitchen had all the basics like sugar and coffee, so we only had to bring clothes and groceries. A peaceful, romantic spot with all the comforts you could need. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay .. the cottage is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and is situated in a beautiful part of Cape Town with mountain views and easy access to scenic walks. Beverley is a thoughtful and charming host. The fresh milk and yoghurts, the fruit, the cereal, rusks and muffins were totally unexpected and greatly appreciated .. a lovely touch. I have already booked my next stay.

A cozy little retreat close and far enough from the business of Sea Point main road. Peaceful and quiet with good 24 hour security outside of the unit if you’re a single woman traveling on your own or if you have a car rental parked on the street.

We have just had a month's stay here and could not have been happier with everything - host, accommodation and location. The accommodation was spacious and extremely comfortable and we really felt at home. Spencer is an amazing host - he is on things straight away and is super friendly. The location was excellent - close to Constantia Village with shops and supermarkets and a short walk/drive to the wine farm Uitsig with its many restaurants which have lovely views and a really pretty rose garden. There is also a river walk a short way down the road from Spencer's house ( right turn past the horses) that is very pretty. We loved our long stay here and can highly recommend it to locals and visitors to Cape Town. Ticks all the boxes

I had a nice stay in the Kite cottage and felt immediately home. The communication was very smooth and check-in/-out was arranged very flexible. I also liked that sunset beach was only few minutes to walk and the area was clean, quiet and safe. It was great to get some recommendations about cycling in the area as I had brought my bike. I recommend this accommodation!
