Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bloomington

5 stars!! We had an amazing weekend at The Nancy. The house was perfectly curated to fit its mid-century modern design and had so many fun and personal touches. We were impressed with how much Brooke had available in this home: comfortable beds, extra blankets and towels, basic toiletries (LOVED that these were themed specific to “The Nancy”), a fully stocked coffee/tea station, logs for the fireplaces, s‘mores fixings, cornhole boards, games, the ping pong table, and more. Not to mention the newly added hot tub, which was a fantastic place to hang out at the end of the day. Brooke was the best host! Brooke was proactive and clear in her communication and continued to check in during our stay. She was always quick to respond and eager to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would absolutely recommend this property and host to anyone staying in Bloomington.

Laurie is incredible and so is her home. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. We would love to stay at her home again.

Barbara and Alan were super sweet when they greeted us. They showed us around and where everything was. Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies left for us!

Kay and Robert were friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, quaint, and comfortable. I enjoyed having breakfast on the screened in porch listening to and watching the birds. Truly a lovely place. Highly recommend.

Debbie was a great host and was super responsive with questions before and during our stay. Her home is lovely and it’s in a lovely neighborhood.

Great location close to shopping, university, and downtown. Very spacious for our party of 3, but ample space for larger group. Kitchen is small but there is a selection of good quality pots and pans and dishes for a large group. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking on the paths in the neighborhood. Jonah was very quick to respond to couple questions we had.

Staying at Becky’s house was absolutely amazing. She made my group feel right at home with snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. She was very responsive, communicative and so accommodating! I would definitely recommend staying with her. We went up for an IU game and were able to get to Bloomington within 25-30 minutes. Becky’s place also has a large backyard with a firepit which made for a great weekend!

Peter and Suzanne are great hosts! Easy to get in contact with, had clear instructions, and the location is in a great spot to get away from the noise. Big plus for the hot tub and the continental breakfast ◡̈

My daughter, our 3 cats, our Bassett Hound and I have been bouncing around place to place while fire restoration has been occurring to our housr since the beginning of July. Century Suites has been accomadating and willing to work with us to make things flow as best as they are able. I am so grateful to them for how they have handled our stay. Yes, it's not a full kitchen... But it works for what we really need.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding at The Wilds. Very convenient for getting to the wedding venue and to and from downtown Bloomington. If I’m ever back in Bloomington with a large group I would definitely book Nancy’s place again.

Definitely recommend. Just on the edge of Bloomington, far enough out to get out of the mess of downtown but close enough to be very convenient for running back and forth to downtown or campus. Beautiful hilly and wooded setting. Virginia was very welcoming and proactive, welcoming us and making sure our check in was smooth and everything was Ok.

Lovely place, perfect location close to everything and peaceful serene at same time . Hosts were extremely nice and responsive. Loved the smores, firepit, bunk beds for kids, the outdoor swing, games, and delicious breakfast. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

What a great find! The space is situated in a quiet neighborhood in beautiful surroundings. The room itself was well-equipped with lots of options for lighting and lots of room to spread out. I especially LOVED the soaking tub with plenty of hot water.... so peaceful and relaxing. Exactly what I needed!

This stay exceeded my expectations!! I am so glad I stayed with Jeanne and Jim rather than booking a hotel. Breakfast being included was such a nice touch, and I thoroughly enjoyed conversations Jeanne and I had each morning. I would definitely stay again if I find myself back at IU in the future! ❤️

We were in town to move our daughter out of her apartment and had a lovely two nights at Jayme’s place. She and her husband were super friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. The room was cozy, the grounds were beautiful, and the breakfast was yummy!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Beaumont House outside Bloomington, IN, and it was a delightful experience. The room was impeccably clean, and it was nice to have an en-suite bathroom. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the in-room fridge, fan, and the sound machine. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast. It was the perfect way to start the day. It was a delight to meet Jayme and her husband and hear their story about the home and its restoration. The location of the Beaumont House is ideal, offering easy access to Bloomington. Whether you are looking to explore the area or simply relax at this bed and breakfast it provides the perfect base for your adventures. Overall, our stay at the Beaumont House was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!
