Bellenaves at 1.5 mile with all basic facilities and a train station. Building huts, canoeing, walking, cycling, swimming in the Gorges de la Sioule. It's all possible.

Although it has no land, it does benefit from a prime location less than 50 meters from the communal fishing pond and the services of the nearby campground (e.g., RV dump station). The accommodation is located in the center of the small village of Vernusse, the land is closed at the back of the house. The interior includes all the necessary comforts (equipped kitchen, equipped bathroom, bedding and towels), the exterior is accessible by a driveway. The countryside offers activities such as tree climbing, canoeing, kayaking and more. Possibility of hiking (forest, communal path, river...) Getting inside Key box and private parking.

In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
