A warm and welcoming space that was private without feeling isolated. If you’re looking for a way to enjoy your time at a Silverstone event without having to camp (my back would never forgive me!) then you have found the perfect place here. Only 20 mins from the circuit, but also only ~10 mins from Waitrose and Aldi - ideal! A well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a lovely shower with great pressure await you in this gorgeous little converted barn. While we weren’t lucky enough to cast our eyes on Herbert, we were extremely fortunate to have stayed with such great hosts. Questions were answered quickly and everything we needed was provided. It was a seamless experience from check in to check out which elevated our weekend. When we return to Silverstone in the future we will definitely be keeping our eye out to stay here again. If you do stay here, definitely worth taking a little drive to The Boat Inn - lovely food, great staff, and beautiful scenery! A truly wonderful stay.

What a beautiful and unique stay! We only stayed for 1 night and wished we had been able to stay longer. Michelle’s instructions to find the property and get in were clear and very helpful. When we opened the door the place smelled beautifully clean and Michelle had prepared a bag of feed for us to befriend the goats and alpaca. Everything was spotless and I especially appreciated the Hoover lines. This is hands down the most immaculate air bnb we have stayed in. Thankyou Michelle, it was lovely to stay somewhere so clean. Once we had finished making friends with the goats and alpaca, we heading in to get some rest. So cosy and a lovely place to sleep. It was super peaceful. While we stayed as a rest stop from a long journey, we wished we had stayed longer. And next time we will! My son loved it here and it was great to see my husband filled with a childlike joy chatting away to your wonderful pets. All in all, I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank-you again for hosting ❤

The Annexe was an amazing, beautiful and peacful. Besutiful location and very well looked after. We wanted a quiet break for us and the dogs and this didnt disappoint. Michelle was a great host, always a speedy reply, was also very helpful setting up banners ballons for a birthday with bubbles. Thank you Michelle - you made the break enjoyable.
