All of the new model. Fresh kitchen and bathroom. In the sleeping loft upstairs you will find two comfortable beds. Heating through water-borne underfloor heating.

Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Really nice place! I wasnt sure if there was access to many trail/hiking routes, but there was SO many we didn't have time to explore all. I really recommend if you want something peaceful and if you enjoy hiking/trail running.

It was very cozy, I felt really comfortable. Annelie is very lovely, communication was totally straightforward. There is everything you need. I didn't notice the chicken and dog smell described in other reviews. The accommodation is very well located if you want to explore the area around it. All in all it was a very nice holiday.

A really cozy space! The husband and I enjoyed a lovely comfortable bed (something hard for me but excellent for him) and fluffy, soft linens so we slept so well. In the hall when you enter, there is also a microwave, kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment - perfect for breakfast and simple dinner on the road. Also coffee, tea and some other things are available to use. We brought a cooler bag for the food and the ice packs could fit without any problems in the freezer compartment. We were there in December to visit family, during the summer months you can really enjoy the surroundings and proximity to the sea, so we would love to come back in the summer :) It's easy to find and Anna's instructions are easy to follow. You park outside the hedge that is well visible when you arrive. We can really recommend this home!

The cottage was beautifully and secluded with a nice patio where we could enjoy the peace and quiet. Perfect for relaxing and recharging. The hosts were very nice and helpful, which made us feel warmly welcomed from the first moment. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing accommodation in a beautiful environment!

We were incredibly happy with our stay! It is an amazing environment that the house is in and it lives up to all the pictures. We also took a longer walk of about 30 minutes to Svarte train station to take the train to Ystad over the day. I really appreciated all the good communication with the host Sandra before and am grateful for a very nice and good service. Really recommend this home!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay Teres and Erik’s place. They were super accommodating hosts, they even picked us up from the train station in Svedala despite their busy schedules. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful surroundings with the friendly neighbor cat and even walked to a local bakery they recommended. Overall amazing experience!
