The apartment is 50 sqm and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the courtyard as well as a nice kitchen area with seating area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is another extra bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed and in the courtyard there is a shed for the bikes.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very nice apartment in a great, quiet residential area of Oldenburg located directly at the Oldenburg Quarry nature reserve. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house with a separate entrance via a spiral staircase and the associated balcony with seating area.
