Mijn studio is 30 m2 groot en is volledig ingericht en vrij nieuw. Ideaal voor koppels, zaken reizigers en toeristen naar Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden, Delft, Utrecht. Stranden bereikbaar binnen 30 a 60 minuten, afhankelijk van manier van reizen (Scheveningen, Kijkduin etc.). Keukenhof (tulpen) ook goed bereikbaar. Zoetermeer heeft ook aardig wat goede restaurants op loopafstand van de Bnb. Verwijzing naar fietsverhuur mogelijk. Goede plekken voor open waterzwemmen mogelijk, vraag host

Cottage In The Green ligt in het Groene Hart op een kwartier rijden van beroemde steden als Gouda Delft en Leiden. Vlakbij kun je wandelen, fietsen, zwemmen, zeilen en golven. In de directe omgeving zijn er winkels, treinstations naar onder andere Den Haag, Utrecht, Rotterdam en Amsterdam. Voor de gasten zijn fietsen gratis beschikbaar. Er is een 3,7 kW privé wallbox om een EV op te laden. Wij ontvangen onze gasten graag zelf, maar bij afwezigheid is er een sleutel in een sleutelboxje.

In our backyard we have a charming guest house. You have your own place for a maximum of two people. The only thing we share is the garden. It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.

Simple room in traditional '60-'70 house. Suitable for single traveller, cyclist, walker, or person working or doing a course for some days etc. Shared facilities with owner. The room has a small desk for laptop. You have your own toilet, me as well. Kitchen, shower room and garden are shared. I do NOT do long stay renting. Asking about that is useless.
