The Bridles -26718

LouiseRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a fabulous week at The Bridles, part of Ash Farm Barns. Jane, the host, was very friendly and helpful, along with Skye (the dog!). It’s such a peaceful cottage; loads of wildlife and birds can be seen and heard right from the large patio doors. The cottage was cosy and homely, and really well equipped. There was absolutely everything we needed. We loved lighting the log-burning stove in the evening, even though the place was never cold! Very handy location for Lincoln, but also for a range of more rural activities such as walking and birdwatching. There are plenty of wildlife places of interest and local walks, close by. We were happy to find English partridge close by, helped by Matt’s local knowledge. Overall, we have had a wonderfully relaxing week and we were very impressed with the cottage and area. I’m sure we’ll return in the future. Overall

We were given fresh pastries also/continental breakfast a d chouces of cereals. Location was perfect. Beautiful spot in the countryside. We met their three gorgeous cats, horses and dogs. They both gave us recommendations for places to eat. Perfect in every way. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay with our 2 Girls. The views are breathtaking the images can’t transfer what it’s like to sit and watch the night sky from those large windows like you could reach up and touch the moon and stars, sunrises and sunsets in this peaceful beautiful space. The owners were also supper on hand and helpful if we needed anything. Looking forward to returning to this slice of paradise
A window is framed by light green blinds, allowing natural light to fill the space. A vase filled with colorful artificial flowers sits on the ledge, while decorative pinecones are also visible within the vase, adding a touch of nature to the interior.

Cosy Studio Cottage in the Country

CharlotteRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay in the cottage, 2 adults and 1 giant dog, we always check with the host first if they have any size restrictions on dogs and luckily Denise confirmed any size dog can stay! Very quiet location, only downside is that the cottage doesn’t have its own garden, we took our dog across onto the verge opposite for a leg stretch, it wasn’t a problem for us as we were only using it for a sleeping base but would have missed a garden if we were spending more time in the cottage. Very clean and tidy place with everything you could need, would definitely return if we are back in the area. We bought some lovely homemade Jam from Denise for our breakfast!

Super cute cosy country cottage.

CarolRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Cottage was beautiful and Tealby really is a very pretty village. We didn't get a chance to try the tearooms because they were closed during our short stay but we did go to The Kings Head which is lovely and serves delicious food. There's plenty of lovely walks right from the front door which is exactly what we wanted! Would definitely return

Westholme Lincolnshire Stay

DanielleRating, 5 stars6 days ago
I booked Westholme to host an intimate two day hen party for my best friend. Rachel decorated the space beautifully in ‘Mamma Mia’ themed decor and captured what i wanted perfectly. The house was clean, tidy and set up to host. Every single person who walked through the door had nothing but lovely things to say about the space. The layout was perfect for hosting a group, the appliances were easy to use, the lounge areas were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We were left milk, coffee, chocolates and all the household items we needed to clean up after ourselves. Multiple members of the party have said that they will be recommending and booking the house in the future, including myself! Thankyou Rachel for allowing us to have a fantastic weekend. Nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves xx
