Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Enjoy the Swabian Alps

Welcome to the vacation home Blaupause on the Swabian Alb (near Blaubeuren), a wonderful place for your vacation. Active vacationers have countless opportunities to discover the beautiful landscape here - those who prefer to relax can simply make themselves comfortable. The building is a 1-story wooden house (57 square meters). Two beds in the bedroom, two more on the sleeping platform (accessible via a ladder staircase). The cozy furnishings are consistently modern and high quality.

Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

In the middle of the old town of Blaubeuren is this apartment on the first floor of a half-timbered house from the 17th century. The apartment is in the back of the house and thus represents an ideal retreat, which is a perfect way to cool off and rest, especially in summer. Due to the nearby pedestrian zone and the cafés, you are also right in the middle of it if necessary and can explore the city on a walk or on a hike in the area.

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also 20-25 minutes away. Ulm is 15 km away and there are many opportunities to pass the time. If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
