We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment. The view of the sea and the view at the back of the polders was sublime. We would love to come back!

The apartment is just great. Everything is super clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location, beach right across the street. Nothing to complain about. We felt right at home. The communication with Kathy in advance was just great. Super friendly and quick answers. Even a small problem on site could be solved within 30 minutes without us having to worry about anything. A mega great stay and highly recommended without restrictions. We will be happy to come back :-)

Steven is a very kind host, and he is very easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean and in a good condition. Even though the beds were a little harder that we used too, we had a nice stay. The view was stunning. We would definitely recommend the apartment to any who wants to have a quiet neighbourhood.

We (three friends) were allowed to spend two days in Viki's accommodation and are absolutely satisfied. The beach is just 1-2 minutes' walk from the property, the apartment was clean and well maintained and there was an elevator up to the 4th floor (great for luggage). The area also has everything you could ever need, from restaurants to shopping stores and supermarkets. It is only a pity that there are no parking spaces and you have to look for them. It is best to park the car in the "Koninklijkelaan" street. There, parking costs only 7.50 euros per day instead of 30 euros. All in all highly recommended, Viki responded in a very friendly way and gave us tips and provided us with a wonderful welcome champagne. Glad to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights as a family in the accommodation and we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, offers plenty of space and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Many restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. It's also close to the supermarket. Communication with the hosts went smoothly and you always get a quick response. As a tip, we recommend avoiding the green park zone, which is also a few minutes away. There you can park for €12.50 for a whole day, while in the orange zone a maximum of one ticket for 4 hours (€10) can be drawn. In general, payment is only required from 11 am. We spent another day in Bruges, it's only a 30-minute drive. The apartment also offers a good starting point for this. We fully recommend staying there 😊

It is a nice apartment with a great view, not far from Bruge. So you have got it all: sea and city. The communication with Gery was great and he was very flexible when we had to change our time of arrival several times. Thank you!

The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable, well equipped with cooking utensils, hand towels or kitchen towels and even fabric napkins. We enjoyed it. The view is certainly its major asset. Perfect for 2 or 3 nights. For more, accessible storage spaces are a little limited. The space having been reserved for the stay -and it's good- the bedroom area is certainly a small enough but if you are claustrophobic a little difficult for the one or the one who sleeps along the wall.

We had a fantastic stay at Stefanie's place. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs - a very short walk to the beach and Kusttram. Stefanie provided very clear and straightforward entry instructions. The place itself was exactly as described - cosy but neat and tidy. There is a small supermarket and a grocery shop across the road, which was really handy.

I had a pleasant stay at Evelyn and Joord's! I loved the studio, welcoming, extremely clean, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. Big plus: impeccable and quality bedding! 👌🏻 The location was great for enjoying Bredene and the beach, and the tram is easily accessible if you want to go to Ostend for shopping, for example. 😉 The street, although busy, was quiet and so was the building. The bakery at the foot of the building is ideal. 🥐 Evelyn and Joord are very responsive hosts and communication was very pleasant. I'm looking forward to coming back. 😍

I had a long stay due to an internship close by. The place was perfect and very cozy. I enjoyed my time in Oostende thanks to it. Jelle and Bram were super helpful and always available for any questions.

This was our 2nd stay at Sofie's. The apartment is very nice, nicely decorated, with a particularly thoughtful layout of the space. You can enjoy the calm while being close to the sea and all amenities. Only small downside: the terrace passes in the shade quite early in the afternoon so do not hesitate to provide a small wool to fully enjoy it. Anyway, we'll be back with pleasure!

My dog and I had a fantastic stay at this nice apartment. Just relax by the sea, take long walks. You can be in Dunkirk or Belgian side De Panne by car. Even with a walk on the beach it is doable! The apartment is neat, clean and you get good instructions on how to find everything, how it works and how to leave it. Also what you still have to bring yourself, such as some bedding and towels. Thank you François for this nice apartment, highly recommended!

Had great time at Wim's property. Very clean, cozy and calm. 2 minutes away from train station, 3 mins from market & 5-6 mins to beach. It's good place to cut the hustle when you are coming late by train. Wim was clear with his instructions and available whenever contacted. I will come back again :)

Host brilliant at responding to any questions, can’t fault the location literally straight out onto the beautiful sandy beach, access to the pool was brilliant for our children. Lots of useful items provided for our stay! Only downside was the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but other than that excellent location. We were disappointed it is fully booked for the summer as we wanted to stay here again as we enjoyed it so much! Just be aware of the fact you need to pay for parking but plenty of spaces can get busy during the day but quietens in the evening!

great base to tour around West Belgium.

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

the apartment is located on a quieter part of the sea dyke - bakery nearby and supermarket within walking distance - the shopping center of Ostend is a little further steps, or nearby with the coastal tram (a stop nearby) - accommodation is completely in order and the photos are truthful - Christine is very accommodating and easily accessible - if you plan a longer stay, maybe a washing machine is missing but for us this was not the case - definitely recommended stay

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

Excellent hosting, place worth to visit. Apartment was clean and cozy. Unfortunately we could not use the swimming pool, this is the only thing not communicated well, everything else was great.
