At 1.4km is the sea and the beach with its beach bars, restaurants... from Nieuwpoort. The cottage is quietly situated in Sunparks. You can enjoy all the park facilities, but these are subject to a fee: mini golf/bowling/subtropical swimming pool/bike rental/indoor playground/restaurants/shop/Westcoast Wellness/Aquafun.

It is a duplex apartment with the living area downstairs (dining and sitting area) and the 3 bedrooms (2 queen- size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub). There is a toilet on each floor. The separate kitchen contains all modern conveniences.
