It was lovely to meet David and Bob the dog. The house and garden was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay at his place. Plenty of amenities in the property and lovely outside space. Would highly recommend staying here, hopefully we will get to stay again when we are in the area. Andrea, Clive, & Sue. 💜

Sunrise Lodge

KatarinaRating, 5 starstoday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Lodge. The property was cosy, clean, and exceptionally well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, which had all the essentials and more for preparing home-cooked meals. The house was easy to locate, with clear directions provided, and set in a peaceful, picturesque environment. The surrounding area is truly stunning, offering a perfect retreat for nature lovers. One of the most delightful aspects of our stay was being greeted daily by two friendly lambs—an unexpected and charming addition that made our experience even more memorable. The outdoor BBQ area was a great feature, allowing us to enjoy relaxed, quick meals in the fresh air. It was ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the countryside. The host was consistently responsive, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality really made a difference.
