Sandy was so easy to communicate with. He was friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The house was stunning and you could see the ocean from the balcony and the most amazing sunsets. The spa was amazing and the house was warm, well set out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing place to stay at for the weekend! Glenys was extremely friendly, gave lots of recommendations and was very accomodating. The accomodation was super clean, backyard was awesome for my dog and the hot tub was great. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

My family and I were so happy with our stay. Secure front and backyard meant we could leave our dogs safely. Dog beach walking distance from the house was so handy. Quick driving distance to food. Dawn cafe was lovely and The Dunes was excellent. Also super kid friendly my little girls (3 and 1) had so much fun there was toys in the cupboard and the house was well set up for kids. This is my second visit to Graeme's studio flat, and I have to say it’s definitely the best value-for-money Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Graeme has renovated the bathroom this time, giving the studio a fresher, more modern feel. His dgos Lexa and Frankie are as affectionate and welcoming as ever, and they got along really well with our dog. The pet-friendly environment makes it perfect for families who want to travel with their furry friends. The huge backyard offers stunning views of the night sky, especially when you can stargaze from the spa - it's definitely the highlight of all seasons! Due to some unexpected circumstances, we had to change our plans, but Graeme was very understanding and accommodate our needs to. Really appreciate that and we will definitely visit the studio again!

We had a great two-night stay on Coolart Road! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Lovely peaceful spot and a great base for exploring the area. Would happily stay again!

We stayed as a family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect with a lovely garden that housed our pet dog. An easy walk to the beach. Quiet and peaceful with everything we needed. Friends joined us for lunch and their was more than enough utensils to accomodate them all. Stewart was quick to respond and helpful. Would strongly recommend. Many thanks Stewart.

I really like the property as it has lot of things to do inside only. Close to nature and having all amenities is the best combo for holiday staycation and this one is the perfect one.

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed and Angela was the most amazing host. Felt right at home and location is great. Highly recommend!

Sandy and Clive’s place was easy to find & access - a very welcoming, private, peaceful place. We loved having a place to charge our plug-in EV car too. We chose it because of its close proximity to the National Celtic Festival in Port Arlington, & it was at a decent price point for us! A very cosy, cute one room space - but with everything we needed. Including an ensuite with a great shower. Bed was very comfortable & we slept well! The aircon unit was also the heater - which was a bit noisy , so we didn’t run it at night. Perhaps a small radiator would be handy in winter? But there were plenty of blankets & an electric blanket to warm up the bed before we got in, which was lovely, we were snugly warm in bed. Kitchenette was cute too & there were a few porridge satchels for brekkie. We didn’t get to try the vibrosauna, but we’d book Sandy & Clive’s place again if we go to the festival next year & maybe we’d get to try the vibrosaun then! Thanks again. Perfect winter escape!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). A beautiful home that had something that appealed to everyone whether it was a heated pool to swim in at the end of May, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, beautiful inferior design details or the great selection of games and toys for the kids. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay at this clean and spacious bungalow. The location was perfect, and the place had everything we needed. Even though it rained all weekend and we didn’t get to use the amazing amenities like the pool and tennis court, we’ll definitely be booking again in summer to enjoy them properly. The host was super responsive and helpful, thanks again!

We keep coming back to the Farm Cottage because we love the peaceful setting, comfortable accommodation, excellent location, feeding the animals with James in the mornings, and playing with Zeus the sheepdog. It was our fourth visit and we are already planning another stay! A huge thank you to Michelle and James for welcoming us back again, and for being such wonderfully hospitable and kind hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!
