Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this convenient location is a short walk to the local pub, a beautiful 18 hole challenging public golf course in the community, 45 minutes to Amish Country, 5 mi. Kenyon College & Mt. Vernon, and 25 minutes to Mohican State Park. No lake privileges. No parties allowed.

You will be staying in a relaxing, freshly renovated basement apartment with a fully furnished kitchen, and private entrance. Our space is family & business friendly, conveniently located just steps away from the B&O Bike Trail, 6 miles to Mochican State Forrest, Snow Trails Ski Resort, Malabar Farm, Pleasant Hill Lake, canoeing, & short drive to Mansfield Reformatory, Mid-Ohio Race Track and 31 miles to Cardinal Shooting Center. Our home sleeps 3-4 people with queen size bed and futon .

Updates include new custom kitchen with concrete counters and stainless steel appliances, new bathroom with walk in shower. Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, maximum 2 pets).

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

Located in a historic district of Mount Vernon, the Carriage House has been renovated to infuse modern conveniences with historic charm. Just blocks from downtown, the Carriage House is 2 miles from Mt Vernon Nazarene University and 5.5 miles from Kenyon College. The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft with a comfy queen size bed and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!
