Lovely studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart tv and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Field View Hut

Escape to the tranquil beauty of the Surrey Hills!Overlooking fields and woodlands, Field View Hut is surrounded by nature. The hut features a comfortable king size bed, a cozy seating area, wood burning stove,separate shower and toilet and a small kitchenette equipped with all the essentials. Step outside into your own private area ,featuring a wood fired hot tub, outdoor cooking and eating area, all lit by stunning festoon lighting. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars.

The Chalet

Very private location set in the beautiful Surrey Hills. Open plan but very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Fenced garden so we accept a dog or 2 as long as they are well behaved. Shed available to store bikes safely overnight. We are perfectly situated for anyone wanting to walk/hike, mountain bike or road. There are an unbelievable amount of birds and wildlife here and around us so if your into photography..enjoy. Two pubs within reasonable walking distance.

The Hut Shed

Enjoy the natural beauty of Surrey's countryside surrounding this historic location. Set within the garden of Gertrude Jekyll's Hut, this studio accommodation provides easy access to Godalming with its museum, shops and direct rail link to Guildford, London and Portsmouth. The Hut Shed is on the Surrey Cycleway and keen walkers can reach Winkworth Arboretum in 45 minutes. Guests enjoy off-road parking for one car and use of the EV charging facility by prior arrangement with the host.

Nestled in the Surrey hills there are miles of gorgeous walks quite literally on the doorstep.

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊
