Located in the heart of Whistler Village and just a stroll away from the shops, restaurants, gondola, and more! This top floor condo also has a beautiful mountain views and features complimentary underground parking and in suite laundry. Relax by the indoor fireplace and sink into the communal hot tub which is down the hallway on the same floor! This condo was fully renovated in 2019! Recently renovated, this 1 bed + 1 sofa bed + 1 bath unit features SS appliances, in suite laundry, fireplace, stone countertops, updated flooring and a great patio area. As part of the Marketplace Lodge you get access to a hot tub, bike storage/wash station, and secure underground parking. Full unit access. We are happy to help with any advice or queries you might have during your stay. The condo is in a great Whistler Village location with exceptional dining and designer shopping right outside the door. Easily walk to the ski lifts and spend the day on the slopes before returning for drink and evening entertainment. Almost everything is within walking distance. The Valley Trail is easily accessible and takes you all around whistler.

The best location in Whistler! Newly reno’d (May 2023). You are located right in Market Place which is the hub of Whistler Village. You can access the slopes by foot and all the amenities you can think of. Coffee shops, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, liquor store....the list goes on. Our cozy studio sleeps 2 comfortably in our new KING bed, however will fit 4 with the comfy Queen sized sofa bed. Here for work? Then enjoy our fast internet speeds up to 150mbs. We had a beautiful 8 nights exploring Whistler. The townhouse is perfect is so many ways, peaceful, well equipped, easy to walk to the restaurants and such a lovely space to relax. We loved our trip and would come back tomorrow, especially to the same accommodation, amazing.

The place was spacious and bright. You could see the mountains from the windows. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Our kids really enjoyed the loft bedroom. The location was walkable to many places. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Stunning Renovation - Luxury at Nicklaus North

Mark’s place was great to stay in. Everything was clean and new. There were also quite a bit of electronics provided which was very helpful. For future bookings, I would suggest for Mark to be more clear of how to find the entrance of the residences as the unit is located atop a golf course/restaurant. In addition, there are two owner lock ups within the unit and we were not aware of this at the time of booking. These two rooms were locked and at first created a bit of a security concern. It would be better if Mark could mention this to his guests.

Lakes, shops, cafes/restaurants and trails for walking/riding all walkable distance & main Whistler Village a short drive or bus trip away. Plenty of helpful information provided & responsive owners. Easy to check-in & out. So much to explore in this beautiful area!

Fantastic cozy cabin in a very quiet part of the Whistler village. The instructions to get in were very easy to follow and the host stayed in touch the whole time to make sure that we found the place and got there without any hassle. The place was immaculately clean, and we had a bunch of snacks, coffee, and other goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The house is well stocked, and has everything that you may expect from a higher end hotel. Thanks again for a great stay, we will be back again.

There are too many policies regarding house cleaning, along with numerous extra charges for cleaning the kitchen. We paid $500 for a one-day cleaning service, but there was an additional charge if we didn't perform deep cleaning in the house.
