If you want a close to perfect Airbnb experience, look no further. This place truly was the hit of my daughter’s graduation from UofA. The location cannot be beat, Kim was perfect in support and communication, there was convenient parking, and food I mention the location?? Kim is a true professional and I hope she has many more Airbnb properties. She’s excellent at her job.

The apartment is walking distance to the U of A campus and Bryant Denny Stadium (~1 mile). We appreciated having separate bathrooms with each of the 3 bedrooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

It was exactly as described and a great stay. Beautiful just a little noise from street that was somewhat disruptive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Watercress! Great location, very convenient to campus and local restaurants. This condo has a great view of the river and is conveniently located on the first floor. The hosts were great with communication and recommendations. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Tuscaloosa!

The condo was adorable! It was roomy, well equipped with everything you could need while on vacation, and perfectly suited for those needing 3 bedrooms (the bunkbeds were a huge plus!). Communion with management (Alex in particular) was easy and responses were very quick. They were excellent to deal with, and we would highly recommend using them! Great location in Tuscaloosa as well!

Jennifer is a great host. The unit was very clean and well-stocked and in a very convenient location. The communication was great. There were no problems during our stay. Will definitely stay there again!

We were in town for a UA parents weekend. The condo is spacious,in the perfect location to get all your necessities, Uber was always within three minutes, and all our functions Were within 1.5 miles. Thank You! We will return.

Condo was perfect! Beautiful view and great location. We had an issue with the smoke detectors in the condo and Kim was very responsive and helpful and the situation was rectified right away. We will definitely stay here again when in town. Thank you Kim!

This is our 2nd stay at the condo! Absolutely love the location to everything! We can walk to several restaraunts, shops and events. Love the management and everything about the condo!

This condo was great for a weekend stay in T-town!! Very nicely furnished and spacious unit. The communication on check-in instructions before arrival and during our stay was thorough and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Chadric's condo was charming. Everything was so clean and the space worked really well for our family. The location was ideal and we could easily walk to downtown Tuscaloosa. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend!!

Donna’s condo was a perfect stay for my daughter’s college graduation. Great space for my family and grandparents! Hosts were very hospitable and offered us to use anything in the condo!

Secure and gated community, close to the University we were visiting, and great amenities such as pool and gym.

Jodi is a superb host!. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely stocked with anything that you could imagine that would be needed upon arrival. The bedrooms were perfect size and each one was comfortable for all of us. I would definitely stay another time if this home were available.

We have stayed at Chance’s condo multiple times. Always a great experience, and with two kids at the University of Alabama it is the most convenient place for us to stay.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Everything was very clean and neat. Great place to stay and good location. i recommend a fan or ceiling fan in each room to move the air around.

Great condo. Easy to get into, stairs and elevator as an option to get inside. Great amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Kitchen setup is great. Would stay again but was their for graduation so probably not coming back

This was our third time staying at the Efelant, and if our daughter had not graduated, we would ALWAYS stay there. It is always so clean, has everything we need, is close to campus, and Sara is so easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the University of Alabama! Not only a cozy and room place to stay, but a great location with a view of the river. You may not be within walking distance of any shopping or eating, but you are in the perfect position to go anywhere in Tuscaloosa you could want with a speedy 5-6 minute drive no matter where you’re going. Highly recommend for anyone with 4 or more guest.
