House vacation rentals in Black Rock

Wonderful home and location. The house had everything you need and my two children and l really enjoyed playing table tennis, pool and fuse ball. The view from the balcony was spectacular with the added bonus of being able to wake up to the view from two of the bedrooms. We enjoyed the bbq facilities, nature walks and morning coffees on the balcony while swinging on the egg chair. A perfect place to connect and relax.

The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Very quiet place and closer to the shops and will come back again

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Magdalena was lovely and helpful, always responsive to messages. The house was clean and in a quiet location. It was also within walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been spending 7 days at the house of Lisa and has been a great experience in one of the best neighborehoods in Melbourne. The house is very well kept and is extremely well equipped - including toys that kids loved to play with and kept them busy! We loved all the space and the garden behind the house was very nice and full of flowers and trees. Lisa has been with Ryan great hosts and always present - including offering to buy some groceries as we arrived late on Sunday and all was closed. Definitely we will come back! Thanks again!

We (family of 5) very much enjoyed our time at this property. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property is as you see it in the photos. Modern, spacious and most importantly, very clean. The check-in process and keyless entry is extremely easy. Location suited our needs. Close to Chadstone and with easy access to main roads/freeways. Everything in the property just works, is trusted and easy - heating/cooling, wifi access, smart TV, washer, dryer etc, etc And the hosts Stuart and Emma were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. Have no hesitation in recommending this property whatsoever.

The place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described-clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The house had a warm, welcoming vibe and was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the things we loved most was how easy it was to walk to Brighton Beach — just a short stroll away! We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns, which were all within walking distance. It made everything so convenient, whether we wanted to grab a coffee, take a scenic walk, or just enjoy the local atmosphere. The property was well-maintained, cosy and neat. There was alot of space for our party of 9. It will be great if there is a dryer within the property for winter period.

We had a marvellous stay at our House in Mentone (:-). My biggest worry was that it'd be cold as we were arriving late but Eva put the heating on in advance so the house was warm and cosy. It's also a very spacious house and was very clean and well stocked - especially on the crockery and glasses. It's also close to the shops and cafes. I'd definitely recommend it as a good place to stay

What an incredible home. The external view from the house was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay.

Saku's house/ bungalow was exactly what we needed. My brother and I were in the area because of responsibilities relating to elderly parents. We had space to sort through belongings, and to relax in the evenings. We always found a parking spot on the road for the second car. When the wind dropped, we enjoyed sunsets walking along the beach. In warm weather it would be a great base for swimming and playing. There are 2 crossing lights reasonably close on Beach Road, or you can look for a break in traffic.

We had a few issues with our bookings in term of schedule, it was a breeze to get it rectified toward our desired timing… booked for the whole month

This was a wonderful find in the middle of Noble Park! Such a beautiful home with thoughtful touches throughout and perfect as I was travelling with two little ones. The cupboard full of toys was a delight as it kept the kids entertained for ages. The place is maintained perfectly and honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed at! Super comfortable and will definitely stay again if I’m needing to stay in the sth eastern suburbs. Thanks Chandi, you’re a wonderful host.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat.
