Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Watch the sunset from the backyard patio, spend the afternoon kayaking on the beautiful 1000's Island waters or fishing from the newly built 65ft dock. The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Parks, diving, train tunnel, blockhouse island, walking paths and river cruises are all within a short walk. Cafes, restaurants, local mircro brewery, shops, groceries, and pharmacies are all nearby. Brockville is rich in history and you will have a front row seat in this historical building located in the historical district. Take a tour through Fulford Mansion or just enjoy a stroll down millionaire's row.

A beautiful getaway right on the river! Swimming,fishing,and kayaking awaits only 20 yards away! For rainy or cold days, there is plenty to do indoors.There is also a treadmill and weights if you want a workout, and lots of games! If you are looking for the finer things things in life, you can enjoy the luxuries of our deep tissue, Swedish massage chair, our electronic recliner couches, the 55” RoKu tv, or just relax in the jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Cabin overlooking the water with 2 rooms & 2 lofts on 50 acres. 32'×20' patio with grills to cook on, lots of patio furniture to lounge on. Kitchen, and dining room inside along a bathroom that has a washer and dryer. Access to the river, a dock, amazing fishing off the dock or from Kayak's, paddle boards, a canoe and row boat available. Big yard for outdoor fun, trails to hike on, fire pit at night, fun for everyone!

Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!
