Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Newly renovated guest house for rent

Small and cozy cottage located in the countryside in a village dating back to the 14th century. You have the Ostkustleden trail right outside the door and several opportunities for both hiking and biking in the area, both Mtb and country road. There are also several swimming-friendly lakes nearby. Astrid Lindgren's world, Vimmerby and moose parks are less than an hour away by car. Other sights are the island Blå virgin, Stensjöby and only 20 minutes to the ferry towards Gotland/Öland. Kalmar Castle and Västervik's nice environment is an hour away.

Cabin of 100 sqm on the peninsula of Stångehamn. Located 7 km south of Oskarsham city centre, in safe summer cottage area. Private jetty in quiet bay, a stone's throw from the outer archipelago. Several nearby swimming areas. It's another 70m the boat and the jetty belonging to the cabin. Ask the host if you're interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat,canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor to boat can be rented for 100 SEK per day+ gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Do not note Wi-Fi

Extra bed for adult/children available. Wooden fire sauna by the lake can be rented. Possibility of fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Beautiful surroundings in old cultural landscape.

18th century Twin Cottage

The Twin Cottage from the 18th century is situated in a small hamlet with grazing animals and foot paths in the surrounding forest and fields. We have 45 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s world. The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. We live in one part of the house and you rent the other. The garden is a fine place to enjoy evenings. Warmly welcome!

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man lillstugan so then was used as a small farm dwelling, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain magazine. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.

The house used to function as a arrendator's residence. On the farm there is also a manor building where the owner/host lives part of the time.
