The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Welcome to our newly-renovated farmhouse, with terrace and access to the family pool that is open and heated to at least 26 degrees May-September. The house is located in a quiet village out in the countryside, surrounded by fields, meadows, forest and lake. The house is located 35 meters from the family's residential building. Large lawns with space for games and play. The proximity to nature makes this a perfect place for those who like the silence and to stay in the forest and countryside, with excursions such as bird watching and berry and mushroom picking.

Here, you can really relax and get away from the stress of the city. A home in a lovely red cottage right on Lake Årydssjön with forest and nature behind the house. Quiet and peaceful with few neighbors. Renovated in 2016 with Danish style with natural colors. Fishing boat (April 1 - October 31) and fishing license included, sauna and Jacuzzi indoors. Guest House Skälsnäs

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and livestock, we rent out a vacation home close to the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog per night. If there are several of you, we also rent out our “Lake House on Skälsnäs Estate” (see there), located directly on the lake, as well as our “Brygghus”, with sauna house and lake view.
