The bathroom is fully equipped: towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dental hygiene set, small cosmetic set. In the attic, a comfortable bed.

Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica iznosi 5.000m2. U sklopu kuće nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem .
