Waterfront vacation rentals in Bitterroot River

This riverfront was the best stay out of my week-long trip. My family and I traveled for two nights in Missoula, and this space was better than the description. It was spotless, affordable, and fantastic, and all around, the attractions were great. The views were also a 12/10! Thanks to the responsive team, they could accommodate our check-in an hour early before the set time.

This place was perfect for our girls weekend. It was walking distance to downtown and most things we wanted to do while in Missoula. Space was very bright and airy. Top deck was perfect for sunbathing and river view. We were all very impressed with the house. Beautiful and functional. I’d like to book this again in the future!!!!

What a great spot! Right on riverfront trail, easy walk to campus, parks, trails, and restaurants. Jordan and Courtney were very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. The unit was more spacious than I expected, and we liked the history and character of the place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Courtney and Jordan's property. Great location and beautiful building. Will definitely book again.

We were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed being by the river and walking bridge. It was very clean and amenities were great!

We loved Jordan and Courtney’s Rock Creek Apartment. Very clean, exactly as promised, super easy parking and access, and an easy walk to and from the U of M campus. The Clark Fork River and lighted bridge to campus is directly outside the B&B making for very scenic views. Jordan and Courtney were very responsive in communicating. Highly recommend!

David and Sharon are so sweet and friendly. we are so thankful that they let us stay at their beautiful place.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this place, and plan on returning again. We love outdoor activities and this place is located in the center of many of the activities we love...fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and near outdoor music venues. Kate is an exceptional host, always friendly and responsive. The property is secluded and quiet, and you feel like you are million miles from anywhere, but in reality you are only 20 minutes from Missoula. As much as I hate to let the secret out, I would highly recommend this property.

Our 5 night experience at Ray's property was exceptional. We will be returning again. The cabin/home is exactly as described. It is clean and super comfortable. There is ample space to spread out ... with extensive amenities for a longer stay. The furniture was all VERY comfy. The WiFi worked well. We used the BBQ grill and ate outside on the deck almost every night listening to the river. Ray was really helpful and responsive with a variety of local suggestions. The property is located in a gorgeous part of Montana ... and is a great base from which to explore the areas in and around Rock Creek. We enjoyed watching and photographing the local Big Horn Sheep ... some of which we could watch from the deck. There are a few restaurants in Philipsburg and one small grocery store ... which is about a 20 minute drive. A larger selection is available in Anaconda (40 minutes ?). Try the Pork Chop sandwich at Peppermint Paddy's. Yummy. You can do no better than this rental. Just book it.

Jessica’s place was immaculate and had every single thing we needed. Even iPhone chargers. The details matter! It truly felt so clean from the corners of the bathroom to the bath mats and bedroom. We appreciated the complementary goodies like bananas for my kiddo. It was very quiet being on the bottom floor. Would definitely return.

Beautiful home in a tranquil setting. The home is well cared for and stocked with all of the games, kitchen cookware, etc. for a memorable stay. We truly enjoyed the pond and creekside setting. Highly recommend!

Our plans did not go as planned so we had to check out early. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful yard, stream, bbq, patio and lovely indoors. The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood so peaceful. Highly recommend this location. Casey is a great host!

The home is on a large lot with no nearby neighbors. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed and many details for comfort were prepared for. Wonderful location for hiking, biking, and enjoying the beauty of Montana.

This space had literally everything you would want or need for a fun get away. And super close to lots of great fishing. Hosts are lovely and super responsive with lots of great local recommendations.

Waking up to the Blackfoot river is something you don't want to miss! Well stocked, comfy home with a ton of space. There are a lot of outdoor games provided and we played them all. Mark was an exceptional host who responds very quickly. Great stay. Thank you Mark!

Athena’s apartment was great! Perfect location, with lots of food and entertainment options nearby. Athena was very helpful with the check in process, although I wouldn’t have needed her had I thoroughly red her instructions! 😜 Will definitely book it again when we return to Mizzo!

Newtons Place was great! Comfy beds with good linens, nice bath towels, the kitchen well stocked and the location on the Clark Fork was wonderful if you like watching the birds ! It’s close enough to downtown to make it easy getting to the restaurants and bars.

A great studio in a secure building located in a fun downtown by the river. Athena, the host, has thought of everything to make my stay welcoming and comfortable. I appreciate that Athena also communicated frequently with detailed information. I was there for my niece’s U of M graduation and ate out most meals, but the kitchen is fully stocked. A full-size refrigerator is nice to store my own food. The studio and furnishings were very clean, and the furnishings looked new. There is a nice-sized farmer’s market on Saturday mornings right outside the parking level of the Wilma, selling everything from fresh vegetables, flowers, pastries, etc., and food trucks selling all types of foods. Fav restaurants are 1889 Steakhouse and Gild. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this comfortable studio and would love to stay again.

What a fabulous location! If you are wanting the downtown Missoula experience, this is the place to stay! Great views and close to so much! The condo was clean & tidy with a comfortable couch and king size bed. Would definitely recommend!
