The house is particularly suitable for relaxing in the countryside, as a starting point for hikes or cultural and swimming holidays in Ticino. At the lake there are countless swimming spots. In Rovio, there is a waterfall with a swimming pool.

Restaurants, museums and cafes are within walking distance, comfortably by bus thanks to the stop a couple of minutes away or by Citybike, whose station is very close to the apartment.

This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry.
