What a wonderful place to stay! Location The location is amazing. Peaceful and tranquil but only a short walk along the beautiful woodland & watercress beds/ river to the town which has an amazing play park, soft play, cafes, shops and restaurants. Lovely country pub the Titchborne Arms just a short drive away. Sleep/ bedrooms So peaceful and tranquil. Very high quality mattresses and linen. Had a wonderful sleep. Amenities/ added extra We felt they were very generous for the price point. Nice welcome items milk, coffee pods, good salt, tea, granola etc. loads of shower gel, shampoo. Great to have a coffee machine and smart TV. Also Hosts were very warm & approachable but not intrusive. The barn was very clean and parking was really easy. It has a shower and bath, very soft towels. All in all a great stay!

Top place to stay -- quality accommodation, clean, comfortable, and looking out over the garden and beyond. Couldn't ask for better. It's a great location with local walks, and within striking distance of the South Downs. I needed to get in to London and found that worked well too. Lisa is an excellent host.

A lovely clean & spacious cottage in a very quiet location in beautiful countryside. Next to a very cute, historic little steam railway station. The steam trains passed every so often which was delightful. The site is small & peaceful. I think 7 lodges in all plus camping but even in August only a handful of tents. There is a lovely circular walk full of wild flowers & butterflies which my dog & I enjoyed every morning. This joins another path into the woods where I was lucky enough to see several roe deer in the evening, & hares in the fields. The rabbits came right outside my lodge with babies. Plenty of interesting places to visit within an easy drive. I went to Stonehenge, Winchester, Portchester Castle & various nearby gardens & beauty spots. Perfect to stay while my kids were at Boomtown Festival. A most enjoyable holiday.

We had a lovely stay in Johan’s AirBnB. The space was beautifully kept with stunning views. There weren’t a huge deal of amenities close by but we didn’t mind going for a walk (even in the rain!). Would absolutely come back to explore the local walking routes. Thanks Johan!
