Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Lakeside Lodge - 'Lapwing'

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Penn Studio @ Cropthorne

Our self-contained, ground-floor studio apartment for two guests, is one of just two units on site. It is a retreat, a practical workspace, or a convenient base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven, for cooking meals in . Fully equipped shower room, electric shower. The main area, has a king-size bed, sofas, a table and chairs, a log burner. It benefits from its own private entrance via a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

Sitting beside the River Avon, this beautiful contemporary home is a secluded retreat. The Nait makes the most of this phenomenal location with picture windows taking in the riverside views and living areas that extend to outdoor spaces and a hot tub (additional fee applies). A spacious dining room is your setting for meals together while the comfortable sitting room is on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite and the added convenience of a ground floor twin room.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Hailes is a beautifully converted barn on our farm. It has a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and a huge en suite shower room. The barn also has a large private garden, with outdoor seating and a fire pit to keep cosy whilst enjoying the sunset. We are ideally situated within a stones throw from the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon, whilst offering a rural escape.
