In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

A supermarket is a 10-minute walk, and the nearest train station is only 5 minutes away. On the other hand, quiet forests in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.

The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.
