The house was completely remodeled in 2025 and is located in a quiet area. The bus stop for the free bus and delicious (breakfast) restaurant is only 100 m away. The 10 KM Hochkeil ski area is 500 M AWAY;the 120 KM Hochkönig ski area is 10 minutes away by car or (free) ski bus.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Our apartment house is centrally located and in a very quiet location in the well-known holiday resort of Flachau. Supermarket and restaurants are very close. All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi. Parking is free. Behind the house is a large green area with a public terrace, lawn and table tennis table. Hand towels, bath towels and bed linens are included.
