Townhome vacation rentals in Biscayne Bay

The decoration is is very eclectic and unique. You walk right out to the water, and get to see all the birds passing. The decorations were amazing lots of unique pieces, but it’s still made us feel very cozy.

We loved staying at Rosangela’s place — great location (super close to the beach and multiple stores and restaurants) and it felt extremely spacious for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay there again.

Winston was awesome. Came by and chatted with me and my guests for over an hour one night. He’s not only a great host , he’s a great friend. Will be back !

Great host. I love the city. Location is not bad, There were some homeless guys across the yard but they didnt bother us. Just an fyi for single travelers. Easy to find and responsive host. It was 3 of us so Id definitely stay again.

Jane was an excellent host. She was very communicative and always checked up to see if we needed anything. We had a long stay here and it definitely felt at home. I’d 100% be a returning guest at any of her airbnbs.

Very good location! House is used and remember decades but maintained quite well but do not expect luxury. Layout is good for more families. House is very spacious and location is the key here. Parking no problem. Restaurants and beaches in minutes. Great host, well communicating. Overall excellent.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb We were close to the beach and also in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely visit again!

The home is even better in person! Such a cute home, We felt safe and at home. There’s enough room and the kids loved the large tv in the living room and the back yard was perfect for them. There is a small park walking distance for the kids as well. You are close to everything and the home was spotless and beautiful with everything you would need from laundry detergent, soaps, and cleaning supplies. Would recommend 100% !! Great location and very nice. Very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the windows had blackout curtains to allow you to sleep late. Very clean and uncluttered. Robert was very responsive to messages, normally within in few minutes but sometimes immediately. We may be heading back to Kendall in a few months and will definitely try to stay here again if it is available.

Had an amazing time while staying here! The place is beautiful. So easy to find, awesome parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely book with them again!

Modern and clean place with great proximity to Coconut Grove and University of Miami. Host was super responsive to all our needs and requests. Note that if you have a large SUV, like we did, it will fit in the driveway but the gate won’t close behind it. The master bedroom and bath are huge! Our group also enjoyed the outdoor area and pool.

Emilys place was an amazing find for my family trip to miami. It was exactly how the pictures described it, the surroundings where easy access and nice places to visit as well. Everything was as she mentions in the listing. RECOMENDED 100%

Michelle's place was a great, affordable place to stop for the night on our way to the keys. Everything was very clean and as described. Michelle was very responsive and polite. we would definitely stay here again.

This was great for our family of 6. Especially having 3 bathrooms! Plus the huge bathtub! We were close to many things. We traveled to the Everglades and visited several beaches.

This is a great place to stay, very private. The place was very comfortable. I would recommend staying here and next time I’m in town I will try to rent it again.

Very clean place to stay , accurate website description, pictures match the reality, kitchen fully equipped, the host available and answers any question immediately, my only concern is the place needs sofa bed to accommodate number of 4 people to sleep. Over all it is a wonderful house and I recommend it to anyone who think about renting it.

Jessica’s clean and comfortable place worked out well for a brief stay in Miami for me and two family members. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and I would recommend it. The only things that can be an issue for more than 2 people is the fact that it has only one bathroom and no dishwasher. It’s otherwise a very pleasant Airbnb.

I didn’t want to leave. From the start communication was great, check in was a breeze, host very responsive. Location is steps from beach, I felt secure being on my own, the location is gated. It’s quiet at night. Inside it’s clean, comfortable, has everything that you need in kitchen, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The hostess was beyond kind and thoughtful at making my stay the best possible. I will definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Fort Lauderdale! The home was spacious,impeccably clean,and beautiful decorated,making it the perfect retreat for our vacation.The location was great- quiet and convenient,with easy access to local attractions and the beach. Gary was very responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our only small suggestion for improvement would be to add a window blind in the back bathroom for a bit more privacy. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.
