Welcome to modern living in Royal Oak! Our 4 bed/2.5 bath home is ideal for group or family trips. Steps from Dream Cruise and Beaumont hospital Enjoy a custom-bricked patio with a fire pit or our newly renovated bar with friends or family. Our home has three bedrooms and one swing bedroom (Murphy bed so can be a bedroom or private office). We also have two pull-out queen sofa beds. The backyard is fully fenced. This is our family home, so please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors

Detached Private Bedroom

Welcome! We are happy to host you in our separate, detached, private bedroom with separate bath. This unit is attached to our garage. It’s a sweet little place, convenient to Woodward, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Beaumont hospital. There is one parking spot available behind the unit with a secure path to the door. The following are included: linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Netflix. Sorry no kitchen or cooking and we cannot accept pets. No long term rentals.

We have a cat, Commander Muffins. While he won't be in your space while you're with us (& is rarely there otherwise), if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you.
