Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Birmingham

This place is exactly what we needed. The description was perfect!!! We were in town for a baseball tournament which was about 25 minutes away with traffic but we didn’t mind. Jamila out did herself with this place it was everything we needed. Clean, beautiful view of downtown and most of all she was very responsive when we I reached out. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The basement apt. provided a clean, comfortable place to stay. It resembled its pics closely. The living room / dining room / kitchen space was large, as was the bathroom (not tall though). There was easy access and parking. The bed was too soft for our taste, but perfect for those who do like a cozy bed. It was a good homebase for our travels in Birmingham.

I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.

Coco's place was awesome. She was very responsive and quick to adjust our needs. The location is just a quick 5 to 10 minute walk from BJCC - Legacy Arena and short commute to downtown entertainment, history, and art venues. Totally worth the competitive price.

Great location for enjoying downtown. Host is very proactive with communication and quickly responded to any questions I had. The space does match the description and felt clean. Great pool area and view of baseball stadium. Very reasonable check-out instructions. My points of emphasis: - Pay very close attention to check-in instructions and park in the right spot - It is downtown and the noise is a factor - The host’s communication is quick and helpful- very friendly!

We stayed here for 9 days as my son had surgery at the nearby hospital. Sandra was very responsive whenever I needed assistance or had a question regarding our stay. There is noise as it is in the city. I recommended to Sandra to provide ear plugs for guest that are not use to that type of noise. She was very appreciative of the feedback.

Quiet older neighborhood . A mix of old and remodeled . Super cute and very clean home. Comfortable beds! Josh was a great host . Very responsive and quick to address issues . Highly recommend staying at his place .

A GEM of a place! I stayed for one night with my baby and puppy. This is an incredible airbnb for a family to stay! The nursery had toys that my son thought were put there just for him (it really felt that way!) I didn't have to pull out our travel crib because THERE IS A CRIB! The hosts were very helpful and available and accommodating. Luxurious linens, comfortable furniture and beds. Stunning neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean, right near UAB in downtown Birmingham. Great communication with host. Close to great restaurants. Free parking in the gated, covered parking area. Recommend

This home was perfect for two families with kids. The pool area was clean and relaxing during our down time. It was easy to get back and forth to Hoover for baseball, but what an added benefit of being quieter than a hotel for the same price. The kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and living areas all had everything we could ever need with plenty of towels for pool and bath. The swing suite in the garage got a lot of use as well, and was a thoughtful added benefit to this home for entertainment. We’ll definitely stay here again next year if we return for baseball. I would absolutely recommend this home for guests who want a home-like feel with great shared space and lots to do!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay for our daughter’s wedding. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Sonny was incredibly responsive to all our questions and special requests, which made everything even smoother. Our daughter and son-in-law will be living here, so we’ll definitely be coming back to visit. Highly recommend!

The place was very beautiful I will be back next month he's very friendly and nice and cares about any questions you have to ask and very easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a peaceful and clean place this is the place for you!
