Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Birmingham

The home was wonderful! The location was perfect for attending the SEC tournament in Hoover. Close to retail and grocery stores. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

We came in to town for a wedding with a large group of family and this house worked perfect for us. Plenty of room to be together or get alone time. Great big living room and dining room for meals and hanging out. The house has a ton of character. We were overall very happy with how it worked out especially at the price.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Gardendale! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and incredibly spacious the house was. It’s honestly huge—plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and feel comfortable. The layout was perfect for our group, with multiple seating areas and a kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals together. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere throughout. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was a great location with easy access to Birmingham and surrounding areas. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious getaway in the area!

Outstanding house and location for access to Hoover Met. The house comfortably fit 2 families with kids and gave everyone their own space. The large kitchen made meal prep so easy. The backyard was fantastic for downtime, plenty for the kids to play with and large enough for them to run around, very quiet neighborhood and Heather was a fantastic host, flexible for check in and responsive for any questions. Highly recommend this house and host.

Wendy’s location was perfect. Not too far from shopping plaza and food. It was a good distance from my event. Check out and check in was very simple and it was more spacious than expected.

This place was amazing!

Me and my son stayed here for two weeks while my son was receiving medical treatment at UAB… it was super close to the hospital which is great… the house is in a quiet and peaceful area… neighbors were nice… the house is massive! We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy too! The front porch was my favorite spot.. so beautiful!

The place was cozy, clean, and had every thing we needed. The games you provided were such a fun bonus. They made our evenings really enjoyable! We really appreciated it and would love to come back any time. Best regards from germany

My family had an amazing stay at Chardra’s stylish loft townhome! The space was beautifully decorated and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fantastic with its large island and modern appliances. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped. We especially loved the peaceful front porch and the private back patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, with great walking trails and nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this Airbnb while in town for my brother’s wedding, and it was the perfect choice for our family. The location in downtown Birmingham was ideal—right near the Museum of Art, which made it easy to get to the reception while also managing our two young children. The space itself was great, and we especially loved having an amazing gelato shop right downstairs. While there wasn’t dedicated parking, we never had an issue finding street parking, and the nearby surface lot was very affordable. We also enjoyed walking to brunch at Frothy Monkey in the mornings. The only challenges were that the elevator wasn’t working the first day, and finding the entrance to the residence was a bit tricky at first. However, Bridgette was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable spot in Birmingham!

Visiting children and grandchildren who live in Forest Park. So convenient. walkable. Avondale park so close. Botanical gardens just minutes away. Restaurants and UAB very close. Mountain Brook YMCA just minutes away. EWTN for daily noon Mass very close.

Wendy and Jason were exceptional hosts. My husband and I were very impressed with their generosity. The communication was prompt and friendly, the apartment was clean and exactly as it was described, and the location was in a safe and well-established neighborhood. This was my first Airbnb experience, and these two set the bar extremely high. We would gladly book with them again.

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!
