Cheryl is a one of a kind host. She went more than above and beyond showing me not only the gorgeous islands of Bastimientos but also gave me an insight on the way of life there. It was literally a life changing experience because of how secluded yet how lively the island is. Full of nature, community, and a place for relaxation and self care. Truly an epic experience that was once in a lifetime. Thank you Cheryl and Mike for an unbelievable time and for giving me access to your space and your time. You guys are amazing and I recommend them to everyone. I will always remember this trip from the floating bar, red frog/wizard beach and the lazy beach days right from the room. Truly a magical experience and I will never forget it. Be good to Cheryl and Mike and they will be great to you. Flo and Danielle have crafted a beautiful experience at Bocas Garden Villas. The space is custom built and practical and beautiful, with every detail accounted for! The bathroom and bedroom is spacious, as is the outdoor kitchen. The indoor space is fully air conditioned, with window slats that keep the cool air in. Note that the space is not soundproof, which we really enjoyed - you could hear everything from crickets, to thunderstorms to howler monkeys. Both my partner and I slept well although I would advise those sensitive to sound to bring ear plugs if it’s not your cup of tea. We used the barbecue and enjoyed great meals outdoors, making use of limes grown in trees nearby and There is a motorbike for rent and I highly recommend using it! Best way to get around the island. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

la pequeña casita es simple y hermosa , tal como se muestra en las fotos . muy comoda y con buena ubicacion . a una cuadra y media de la playa , perfecta para surfear y tambien de camino a las piscinas y blue lagoon, lugares increibles para hacer snorkell y andar en bicicleta . Gloria y Will me atendieron muy bien , me senti segura y tranquila toda la estadia . si vuelvo a bocas del toro me alojaria nuevamente aqui, lo recomiendo totalmente .

The tiny house cabin was such a beautiful place to stay! It’s cozy and you feel like you are in a secluded tree house. It’s a very quick walk to the main road and near several good restaurants, bars and beach clubs. It’s also very easy to get a cab to get into town. Walter was a great host and very responsive. He provided excellent directions and recommendations for tours, dining and more. The WiFi worked well for video calls if you need to work while there. Really loved my stay here and cannot recommend enough.

La casa es muy bonita, y se encuentra justo entre la vegetación, con gran vista a la selva de un lado y la costa por el frente. Es pequeña, aunque adecuada para dos personas. El inodoro está ubicado justo contra la cama, por lo que no hay mucha privacidad a la hora de hacer uso del mismo

Le logement est splendide, parfaitement propre et décoré avec goût. Le cadre est tout simplement magique : au bord de l’eau, au calme, à l’écart de la route, tout en étant à deux pas des commerces et du centre. Les instructions d’arrivée sont claires et précises, ce qui facilite vraiment l’arrivée. Sophie est une hôte exemplaire, toujours réactive, disponible, et d’une grande gentillesse. Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils sur les endroits où manger et a répondu à toutes nos questions. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Staying at this jungle treehouse was an unforgettable experience for us. The location is absolutely stunning — waking up to the sounds of nature and being surrounded by lush greenery felt like a dream. The common area was super cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was amazing, always available and full of fantastic recommendations that made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature, this is it.

We stayed on Isla Colón in Bocas del Toro in a lovely wooden cabin we booked through Airbnb, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The accommodation had everything we needed: peace, comfort, and a beautiful natural setting. One of the highlights was the private plunge pool — perfect for cooling off after a warm day of exploring. The outdoor kitchen was a great touch, allowing us to cook and dine surrounded by nature. Everything was well-maintained, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was quiet and lush, ideal for relaxing, yet still conveniently located for getting around the island. All in all, a unique and peaceful place we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Bocas del Toro.
