Our 1st floor apartment is 25-35 minute walk to the centre of Waterford city. Alternatively, there is a bus stop directly adjacent to the apartment complex where buses run into town every 20 minutes. While a very quiet complex, the apartment is within a 1 min walk to Tesco, takeaways (x 3), off-licence, grocery shops, local bar and restaurant.

Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

The rooms are bright, modern and sparkling clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms are on the ground floor and served by 50 mgbs WiFi. Centrally heated there is also a stove and an open fireplace in the two cosy living rooms.

This beautifully restored detached former village School dates back to 1895 and offers a unique & interesting base from which to enjoy the stunning countryside in the South East of Ireland. Oozing character & charm inside, whilst the terraced gardens & seating areas boast stunning panoramic views. The Cottage lies 10mins drive to the Waterford/Dublin Motorway. The Workshop is a recently renovated Airbnb and the perfect location to explore the sunny south east of Ireland. Just 10min by car from Waterford city, 25min from Kilkenny city, 20min to New Ross and 30min to Tramore. Come back after a day exploring to sit outside by the fire pit, have a nice hot bath or just enjoy the upstairs view of the Comeragh Mountains.
