Monthly Rentals in Bircher Common

Our 1st Air B&B experience and it was fabulous. Minus a star of easy to find, mainly as we were looking at eye level from car for sign, but it was up high and was wood on wood, we also missed the name The Steps up on the house wall. 🙈 Would have appreciated conditioner with shampoo but apart from that minor niggle, everything else was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the future. Loads of useful information on places to go, including walks, pubs and local towns provided. Also, very clear instructions for staying and also for leaving. Loved the little private garden, especially for our dog. Extremely comfortable bed and fab shower - would highly recommend. Also, Sandy and Claire were lovely.

My third visit and just as good as before. An ideal location and excellent facilities! A home from home.

Was a lovely little place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we needed and more. The nice little touches that really made it is that there were eggs, milk and crumpets left for us. The host was really responsive and helpful when we struggled to get the travel for up. Would definitely return for another visit

The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was immaculate and very comfortable. The private estate is very secluded and peaceful. The only negative is the road noise. This cannot be heard from inside the house with the windows closed, but with open windows or sitting in the garden, the road noise does interrupt the peace of the countryside. We were out and about every day so this did not bother us unduly, but if you wanted to enjoy a quiet afternoon in the garden, you would not be able to ignore the passing traffic. Other than that, it’s a 5 star property for sure.
