Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Delicious stay with Diana and her family, in this beautiful house surrounded by a shady garden that was nice to enjoy after our urban explorations. Gourmet breakfast. Very well located house, within tram reach of Basel city center (the tram stop is 2 minutes away), but in the quiet of this residential area. The Beyerler Foundation is within walking distance via a bucolic path. The Vitra campus is also close by, within walking or cycling distance. In short, a beautiful and warm address! Thanks again to Diana! We'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Ulrike's. The apartment was very well equipped, there was everything we needed to feel at home. Ulrike herself is an incredibly warm person, approachable and very willing to help you if needed. She was waiting for us in front of the house, despite the rain and the late hour, with an umbrella in her hand, and in the apartment she prepared a nice surprise for us. If we travel to Basel again, we will be happy to use Ulrike's offer again if it is available. Thank you 🙂

Excellent apartment for a stay of 1-2 people, in a field area, very calm and with enormous security. The municipality is a stop by train and the apartment is close to the station, at most 10 minutes on a walk that is done with great pleasure. Recommended for those who wish to have a rest period from their working life in a rural place, but at the same time they want to do urban tourism and get to know other larger cities. Because it is a small town, Eimeldingen does not have a very diversified commercial space offer, but it holds the necessary establishments for the satisfaction of basic everyday things. Maria is a dedicated, worried and responsive host, in almost immediate time to my messages. I highly and confidently recommend lodging at this place.
