When booking, Annemieke was very nice and direct about renting her apartment. Upon arrival you feel right at home and the location is absolutely amazing. Close to the city center, beautiful view from the house. And inside the apartment everything is very neat and well taken care of. We really had a very nice time at Annemieke's apartment. And want to thank her for her trust because you really come into her home and experience whatever you do as your own home the time you spend there but also since I'm not really into writing reviews but it's very important to be able to rent something on Airbnb. Annemieke, thank you again for the great time we spent in your apartment.

Great little apartment in the centre of Utrecht. Everything you could need are within walking distance including the train station.

We had a nice stay at Kris's place! Everything matched the description, and communication with him when needed is facilitated by the presence of a landline phone in the accommodation, directly linked to his. The nearby tram (-10 min walk) is also a great advantage for visiting Utrecht. I'm just wondering about the need to fill out the form upon arrival. In any case it is a good accommodation at a great price!

Everything was very nice and to our surprise the flat was even bigger than it seemed on the fotos. Sharing the flat for 2 nights with 4 adults was no problem. The communcation with Nevin was really easy and pleasant. The flat is rather close to the beautiful city center, which is only a 15-20 min walk away. Parking is a bit tricky, since it is very expensive and there's no free parking basically anywhere in Utrecht, so I would advise to come by train, if possible. All in all we had a very pleasant stay :)

Very welcoming hosts in a beautiful environment, surrounded by constant nature! The water from the canals brings sweetness and lots of charms! The apartment is very pleasant and functional. I was very happy with this stay!

I can't stress how comfortable this loft is. It's aesthetically very pleasing. The living room, the kitchen and balcony is very well designed and utilized as a space. Large windows, and great lighting. Here's a list of pros and cons. Pros: * Aesthetically pleasing * Superb lighting with a lot of control * Great sound system all over the house (sonos) * Large comfortable coach * Functional kitchen with a great coffee machine * Large balcony with ambient lighting * Full functional bathroom with an a nice shower * Large plants * Thomas is very flexible, friendly and communicative Cons: * The only con, the bed room is tight and requires stairs to reach That said, I would always stay in Thomas's loft when I visit Utrecht!

The apartment was very cozy and the location was great. It is located in a very lively neighborhood. Many great restaurants and cafes nearby but still quiet location. We would come back. Within walking distance of the train station (about 20 minutes)

The place was very clean and there was everything necessary. If you have any questions or the like, the host was easy to contact and got back to you very promptly. The arrival went smoothly and the check-in was explained to us in detail in advance. After check-in, we were also personally welcomed by the host and all our questions were answered and tips for our time in Amsterdam were given. All in all, it was a great stay where we felt very comfortable and welcome. We recommend the accommodation as well as Amsterdam again and again :)

Great place in Amsterdam. The canal house was very unique and historic and the art was fantastic. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Fabulous place in the heart of Amsterdam! Easy to walk to most places, and the tram was close if you want to venture out further. Our family enjoyed people watching from the big open Dutch windows. Very beautiful location. Hosts were friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

We slept three nights at Bubblehouse. The hosting was super warm. Yvonne was available and very friendly throughout our stay. The house and location are simply beautiful. The beautiful tranquility of the countryside surrounded by tulip fields. My partner and I recommend it!

The stay at Marjolein and Michiel's was exceptionally nice and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambiance with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site to the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, as well as to Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Overall, the room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the courtyard. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!! We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

Wonderful apartment very close to the centre. Comfortable beds, a sauna!, and plenty of space on two floors. All communication with Fleur was quick and easy, and we will be back! Thanks Fleur

This place is great and beautiful. the gardens are amazing.

Mariel's place is perfect for special occasions. I really enjoyed the amenities! It feels private in the apartment, as the building seems to exclude regular living spaces. There is another apartment alike on the same floor – the soundproofing in between is good, so I couldn't hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly, communicative, well-thought and intentional of the place, there were fresh flowers and only real plant in the apartment. The only inconvenience was the noise from lively traffic outside, since it's very close to the station – which is really convenient on one hand, but not as perfect in case of higher sensitivity issues. If you don't get overstimulated by sound – this place is perfect, as it's absolutely a rare gem.

The host is super friendly and attentive in everything. We had an excellent and pleasant stay. We felt at home. If we had to return to the city of utrecht, we would be happy to return to host Utku's house. Super comfortable and perfect house. Thank you for everything ! See you soon.

This is our second stay and we loved it even more than the first. Ella constantly goes above and beyond to make things just so we notice lots of little details including soap that was toddler friendly, fresh flowers, and some little welcome treats all waiting for us … but the most amazing treat was a little pull along toy that was age-appropriate for our toddler Very flexible and accommodating with checking in and check out and we are most grateful for that extra flexibility and kind We couldn’t recommend Ella or her home more highly we will be back again
