We had a lovely stay, nice accommodation (small house) near the beach and the GR in a very quiet area with a beautiful flowery terrace. Easy to park in front of the property . I would highly recommend this listing .

Excellent situation to explore the area and only 600metres on foot from nearest beach. Very quiet residential area and felt totally safe. Nice to have a full, proper, well-equipped kitchen and good-sized bathroom and bedroom.The accommodation immediately gives the impression of being clean and cared for. Parking on quiet street just outside . Good blackout from shutters and decent wifi. Helpful information booklet and local leaflets. Some lovely walks nearby, especially parts of the coastal path GR34 with coves, cliffs and sandy beaches. Good place to stay. If you tap on the Airbnb app "Get directions" you will end up about 500metres away,in wrong road. Put actual address in satnav

We had a great time at Anaëlle and Joseph's place. Check-in is simple and self-contained, the instructions are very clear. The place is even better than the pictures. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and giant screen that allowed us to have a great time. Joseph made himself available to resolve some inconveniences, even from afar. This was greatly appreciated.

Small house full of charm with quality services, very pleasant as accommodation, we highly recommend it! Binic is a very dynamic and welcoming town with a nice harbor lined with shops and nice beaches all 5 minutes from the house, really great!

My stay was super relaxing. Check in was easy and the house very clean. The surroundings were also beautiful and you can reach everything on foot. A plus is also the parking space on the premises.

Very comfortable and modern house. The port of Binic accessible by walk in 15 mins and shopping area in 5 mins. Quiet and relaxing place. The area is very pretty.

Binic is our 2nd home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

Very well-located accommodation. A smart layout that gives the impression of space despite the small size. The studio is very well-equipped, in my opinion nothing is missing. Sleeping of very good quality. Only thing, if you like to sleep in total darkness, plan a night mask.

4-day stay but if we could have we would have stayed longer. Beautiful sea view. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large sofa and the large TV. Kevin is accommodating and very responsive. We'll definitely be back.

I spent three nights three days excellent early June for diving and walking. The city of Saint-Quay Portrieux is a beautiful summer resort. The apartment is 200 m from the sea and the GR34. Good location, not too far or too close to the city center. Titiana had provided descriptions of interesting hikes. A wonderful stay.

The apartment is impeccably clean, a few steps from the beach with fine sand, ideal for children. It is well located across from the sea. The owner was kind upon arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.
